We enjoyed working with the representative at Guardian Exteriors. He was very nice, and thorough, and always called back if we left a message. We are pleased with his representation of the roofing and all-around pleased. He explained everything we needed to know.

They are very customer oriented. They listened to us and gave me time to inspect things. The valves were leaking and they did a good job making sure they wouldn't leak again. The crew was very professional in what they were doing.

Josh was very professional in dealing with my roof replacement. He explained what was wrong with my old roof and what they would do to replace it. He covered all of the code upgrades that needed to be done and how the job would be done. He followed up with his final inspection of the job after it was finished on the day of the work. His pricing was very reasonable compared to the other two estimates I received. He also worked with my insurance company to help reduce my expenses.

I would be pleased to work with them again, but I won't need to call them back.

Our roof leaked less than a month after installation. We had some challenges in getting Guardian Exteriors to come back out to fix the leak in the roof. Their communication pre-installation was very professional and always prompt, would respond to text messages in a matter of minutes. However, their communication post-installation is awful, highly unresponsive, have to leave several texts and voice mails to even get a response. Took several weeks for them to send someone out to fix the leak less than a month after installation and that person when they showed up had no clue what he was there to fix.

This company was great to work from start to finish. David, the Project Coordinator, was a true pleasure to work with, very responsible and responsive. The whole crew was timely and professional. We highly recommend working with this company.

I had an exceptional experience with Josh who is the owner. He walked me through the process step by step and even helped me with the insurance claim. Before signing any documents he showed me the quality of materials and rate comparisons. He has the best quality compared to other roofing companies. He was very pleasant to work with throughout the entire project. All materials associated with the roofing replacement are of the highest quality. I highly recommend him. No one will be disappointed with is work. He is very knowledgeable and makes everything easy.

Guardian Exteriors was extremely helpful from my first visit. I contacted Guardian Exteriors because they had good reviews on Angie List, BBB, Google and they did a free roof inspection. Josh met me as scheduled and was interested in what my concern was, one was my soffit look like they were falling down. After inspecting it he explained this was not real serious and he could fix it the same day. I asked him to do a roof inspection and see if there was anything else to be concerned with. After inspecting the roof he found serious damage to my vent pipes boots, one had a hole in it where water was already sipping in and found hail damage. He explained I should file a claim with my insurance company to see if they would help with the expense. I did not know where to start with this process and Josh said he had forms that he will complete as when the last hail damage was reported in the area, my insurance company claim phone number and the issues he found. I called the insurance company to file the claim they gave me a claim# and said an insurance claim agent would contact me. The agent call me and explained that due to the Covid-19 they are trying to do more work virtually and if he could get some pictures of the hail and vent damage, I said I would call Josh and see if he had any. After vthe call I contacted Josh to see if he had any pictures and he said he would come over and take some. After taking well over 50 pictures he then contacted the insurance agent with the pictures and also worked with the agent for getting additional information. Within a week the claim was approved for a new roof and Guardian Exteriors had me scheduled to start. The roofing crew was out as scheduled and finished the job in one day, they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and well organized. so much they were cleaning up shingles on one side of the house while the other sides were being worked on. In the end I was happy with my new roof and soffit, Josh was available through the entire process and flexible with me in changing my roofing selection along the way.

They did a fantastic job and did everything right. It was a perfect experience.
