I contacted JDT Construction, and they had someone out to see me within 2 days. We discussed the plans for what was needed, and they walked around my home and did thorough research on the outside and the inside. We decided on something I hadn't even thought about. The workers started in a timely fashion and the only time they didn't show up was when there was a foot of snow; other than that, they worked in any kind of weather. They did a fabulous job. They were quiet and did everything they said they would do and more. I can't say enough good things about how they performed and how courteous they were and how clean they kept the job site.

JDT Construction took on a project (my house) that many others bypassed as too much work, or not enough definition, and they got their hands dirty and not only made it happen, but also made it beautiful.

We invited 4 siding contractors to consult and quote us for the job of re-siding our entire house. This is a big decision for someone to come to, as it is a considerable output of bugdet. Only 3 showed up - all local West Chester contractors. We had 3 quotes that were so disparate in their price, it was alarming. From a larger, well known local siding company, the quote was considerably low, from a smaller(also well known) local contractor, the quote was very high, in stark contrast to the first. Tyler(JDT) came in dead in the middle - who to believe? Tyler was the only one of the three contractors that sat down with us in person at our house(after ours when it suited us) and went over every single aspect of their quote - colors, siding choices, various designs and aesthetic decisons and of course, price varisnces these may incur. Tyler told us right upfront, that JDT will make any changes we ask them to should we not be satisfied with the result of our choices - this is reassuring when you do not know what the end-result of such a drastic change to your house may be. We never heard back from the larger siding company, despite many enquiries, and the deceptively low quote. The other local contractor's quote was so high, it was impossible to consider. When you are about to spend a sizable amount on money, and place a considerable amount of responsibility on someone to take care of the outside of your house, trust is the number one thing that will set you mind at ease. We felt immediatley that we could trust Tyler and the JDT team - their obvious expertise and transparency throughout the project not only made our choice of contractor simple, it made the life-cycle of the project both bearable AND engaging. Tyler was in touch with us every day, whether onsite, by phone or txt; and was at our house within the hour when we required him to be. Their team was amazing. They asked us when it was suitable to start work in the mornings, and when we needed them to finish - we have two small kids, it was an important safety consideration. The most impressive thing to us was that each evening when they were done, they cleaned up the site as if they were leaving for good - it was an incredible consideration given that we have kids that were playing outside - I cannot stress this enough, a safe, no-hazard yard once the work was done was worth every dime to us.Upon completion of the project, they went around and cleaned up so well, it was hard to know they were even there - again, an important safety consideration(and detail) that was obvisouly taken to heart by these guys. The quality of their workmanship is evident, we love the new siding and receive so many compliments from friends and neighbors alike(the attention to detail is of the charts) - a true testament to JDT's obvious commitment to quality work, and exceptional customer service. I would not even consider any other contractor for any future project I have planned, I just cannot see how anyone else could even compare, well done Tyler, and we look forward to working with JDT again.The Wilding Family
