As Jenkins didn't do the full scope of my home repair - they didn't properly do the initial water mitigation too. They charged me a very high amount for a job that they left at the middle and didn't even think of finishing properly.

I started my restorations project in February and it is still not complete. I had a pipe bust.

We still have three warranty items that they have not taken care of. They just turned it over to us.

Jenkins was very responsive and very professional. They came out right away and fixed my problem in the most efficient way.

They have sorry service. They just collect money from insurance companies. The project manager doesn't know what they're doing.

There was a horrible communication breakdown between all parties involved, including the first person that came to our home and the technicians. Everyone had something different in mind. We had to keep referring back to what was told to us and explain it to the workers. It made the project aggravating for us.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company due to the poor communication between my Jenkins Restorations project manager, my Travelers Insurance claims adjuster and myself. After the initial meeting at my home with the project manager, I could not seem to get my calls or text messages returned. Commitments were made by Jenkins Restoration that were not fulfilled, such as bringing flooring samples to my home and providing me with a quote to do some additional out-of-pocket repair work in my basement.

Jenkins Restorations provided top-notch service, were timely, and did what they said they would do, while providing outstanding customer service.

I absolutely would recommend Jenkins Restoration company to friends and family. They are professional, courteous and just downright friendly. They explain the process, work with the customer on their needs and are excellent at communicating with you. Timely, - I could go on and on. This made me actually choose Jenkins for the repair portion of the damages. I am super happy with them so far too! Great company

There is way to much for a survey but, not keeping appointments, no call no show, work took months no follow-up i had to chase them or complain to Allstate, PM never came out till i said something to upper management the list goes on

Worse contractor experience I have ever had.

They did a very good job.

They did a really good job with everything. They were professional.

They showed up on time and they did the work in satisfactory manner.

The mitigation portion of my job was excellent! Rashad Jones, along with his colleague, arrived quickly, completed the emergency job after hours and he was very good at communicating with me throughout the process. The repair side of the business has not been quite as timely or responsive. I waited three weeks for an estimate and was unable to get ahold of the project manager much of the time. However, I am not finished with that portion of the project. So, I'll reserve full comments on that work until completion.

Throughout the whole 6 month process it was clear that my home was never a priority

I would never use this company again. I used them b/c our insurance recommended. While they are polite, they are extremely difficult to work w scheduling anything. Event happened in July, they did not come out until October, repairs need some work b/c it wasn’t down right the first time. I cannot seem to get them to reschedule and come out. The project manager changed positions w out informing me. I’m continually bombarded w emails to sign off on the last check. The work is still not done, I suspect will not be completed before it’s been an entire year. I’m VERY dissatisfied. This job should have been finished months ago.

They never finished the job.

The tarp did not stay in place on the roof. When the roofers got here, they had to untangle it. They dumped the sandbags on the roof without stabilizing. It took several days to get out here. If we had a worse leak, the entire room would have been destroyed.

It was tough at first as they had to hire another guy to do the work. He didn't really do a good job, but the next person they sent out did a lot better.

Overall, good quality work, they were prompt and mostly informative about the state of restoration and what the next steps would be.

They arrived shortly after the insurance company contacted them. All the equipment was installed and running in less than an hour. They explained what to expect and when they would return. Great communications!

I had a wonderful experience with the whole crew. They were very friendly and professional. They were very efficient and done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. I am sure they would be just as please as I am. Great job. THANKS
