Jenkins Restorations is very responsive and everyone is pleasant to work with.

Company was great to work with, timely and professional.

I give them three stars because it was sometimes difficult communicating with the project manager. For some of the work they did in the beginning, I felt like I had to watch over them to get it completed. In my opinion, it wasn't the highest quality of work.

I would not hire Jenkins again to repair a broken fence gate. The overall experience was abysmal. I hired these clowns to expertly handle a restoration project but I learned very quickly they were inept at the most basic tasks. Save yourself and slam the door!

There was a product delay on my flooring but Nick Goffredo kept me updated regularly.

There was poor lack of communication and follow up. The floor keeps coming up. They didn't clean the floor before they put down the tiles, and now the tiles are starting to come up. When they told us the floor was dirty, that the glue was not sticking, then they pulled the floor up, cleaned it, and re-glued the surface down.

Overall, the company did well. The two laborers should not be allowed to do drywall or paint, however. Plus their inexperience showed with the installation of a new outlet that I will have to pay someone to move. This crew hung new drywall inches from this the new plug; it could have been moved, then the countertop backsplash would have been cut correctly and the stove would not have been installed 2” from the wall, sticking out 1/3/4” past the countertop.

Joe Edwards, the account manager was professional, courteous, understanding, and patient with my questions. He was understanding of my situations and the emotions and all the things we were experiencing. He was responding to me on his vacation, making sure that our project was meeting and exceeding our expectations. He was just wonderful and absolutely put me at ease.

Horrible work. Over charged for everything. Poor service. Job took twice as long as expected. Left asbestos contaminated materials everywhere.

I had a hole in my roof from a raccoon. The team boarded the hole fine but then used a tarp that was too small to do anything on a roof. The result was raining in my house. When they came out to fix with a bigger tarp, they used DUCT TAPE on my wood fascia. Still dealing with that stupidity.

I liked working with Chris Jenkins and the crew as they were very professional in doing their work.

Joe was great at setting up the initial projects at our home and the team employed was great. We had an extensive project and everyone from construct removal, drywall to painting, carpeting, finishing was great!

Don't work with a contractor just because your insurance company recommends them. Do your due diligence online. There were a lot of negative reviews for Jenkins Restoration and I would have stopped the mess I got into before it hit me.

Very poor quality of work. Contractor was very hard to get ahold of. Work was pushed back to the last possible minute and delayed the sale of my house.

Jenkins Restoration put our bathroom back together after a major plumbing issue that left it destroyed. All involved were very professional and always on time. They would communicate everything that was being done and always asked me what we wanted for each thing done. They did a fantastic job and our bathroom looks better than before the damage.

The repairs took them 3 months. It was ridiculous. I defiantly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Jenkins Restoration did not properly brief and train its employees. My personal belongings were mishandled, materials that should have been under cover were left on my lawn, my doors were left open to the weather and flying insects, and I had to make repeated calls to clarify appointments.

Jenkins Restorations is professional but unsatisfying with customer service, timeliness is an issue and communication is a huge issue.

Poor workmanship, did not stick to the timeline, made promises they didn’t keep, destroyed items and left them laying around the house, no accountability whatsoever. They only followed up with me when they needed me to sign over the checks. DO NOY USE this company. Save yourself the time and money.

Great crew and excellent project manager! Very engaged and communicated with me throughout the project. Very understanding of our situation, and worked around our needs. Great coordination with our insurance carrier and other contractors. Could not have asked for better support and service!

Jenkins Restorations was a dream to work with! Joe Edwards and his team, in particular were extremely helpful when it came to scheduling. I had another project in the house going on, and Joe worked with me every step of the way to make sure my needs were met. He even called and texted me multiple times to check in with me to make sure I was happy with the process and schedule. And even though I had to do some last minute changes, Joe and his team were patient, kind, understanding and professional. He and his team went above and beyond!!
