I had water damage and was a basket case worried about my home. Tyler was so good to calm me down and assure me they would take care of me and my home. He was true to his word. Very Poor customer service
The project took one year to complete, which was way too long for our case.
Poor poor poor. I would not recommend Jenkins. Our life has sucked for the past 6 months. All the other contractors came and gone quickly and did their jobs and good quality. Not Jenkins. Find someone else.
Mike Taylor was a Godsend in a nightmare insurance claim that only keep getting worse until he became involved!! He was extremely helpful explaining the process and the insurance side of things also concisely and politely, He was available always and completely professional communicating back quickly and even putting the insurance puzzle of figures and definitions (process) together for us. I would recommend this company- with Mike Taylor at the help to anyone and everyone, & I will as a Realtor be able to do so confidently!!

The representative was knowledgeable and the repairs were done well, but took longer than expected.
Nothing has been done. We reported the problem on 1/17/2022. As of today 2/22/2022 nothing has been done!!
Excellent and professional service
The only problem we had was that COVID delayed everything.
They were the must qualified people for the job, and just awesome.
First crew, paint, fit and finish not accepted. Painted over exposed hardware without removing it as expected. Second crew, didn’t show up, didn’t show up, didn’t show up. Extremely frustrating working with Jenkins. Crew manager resigned near the end of the work. Took six Months for a 60 day job which at the end was never finished but accepted just to get them out of the house. Still living with drawers that don’t fit. They finally brought in a crew from 100 miles away that were much better with one craftsman that could handle the details And make the space livable but the paint work I will have to live with even though it was very poor.
I am super pleased with the work they did along with how courteous they were, their timeliness and how helpful all the workers were, especially Brad Park.
Jenkins was very pleasant to work with. They communicated well, answered all questions and were conscientious to assure the job was done the way we wanted it done.
They are punctual and professional, and are licensed insured. They give you the comfort of getting back to you.
Although the results are ok for the most part, getting through the process was torturous to say the least. Too many incidents occurred during this renovation. I had to hire outside work for the tiling of my floors on the recommendation of Mike Taylor then had to turn around and hire someone else to regroup the floors properly. Same tile company had workers who ruined an entire refrigerator/freezer worth of food, cut my screen doors, & human feces left in a Jenkins paint can unopened in my extremely hot garage.
Jenkins went above and beyond . We are very satisfied with our contractor and the amazing job they did on our floors and bathroom

These guys were so fast at getting back to me on my initial inquiry. They were ready with an outline of how the process would go and kept me posted via text every step of the way. We ran into a couple of hiccups along the way, and the team quickly responded to the issues and remedied everything.
OVERALL, MY WIFE AND ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMED. THE ROOF LOOKS AMAZING AND THE WORK DONE TO THE CEILINGS OF OUR TWO INSIDE ROOMS LOOKS AMAZING AS WELL. YOU CAN TELL BY THE WORKMANSHIP OF BOTH AREAS THAT THE WORKERS ARE/WERE SKILLED IN THEIR AREA OF EXPERTISE AND TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.

I am very pleased with the work done and the accomplishments.
What they do, they do well. But what they offer in an emergency is very limited. They used 28 sand bags and 3 tarps on the roof These they neatly piled and left. When I called to see when they would be removed, I was told that they were mine. When I said I didn't want them, they had no solution. They have no one who can paint, nor dry wall, no roofers so just be prepared to find those professionals. They secured the premises and got rid of the mold very professionally but that is all.

Several weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting your technicians Jeffrey Aragon and Jaime Vidaurii. I say a pleasure for the following reasons. I had some water damage precipitated by two pipes that were located between our utility room and a guest bedroom between the walls and were attached to the washer. We only recognized this when the walls themselves displayed evidence of dry rot. Both these technicians, Jeffrey and Jaime, were sent from Jenkins Restorations to remove all the damaged wall, all the damage behind the wall, seal off the room itself, set up a contained system along with thick plastic over all of the interior furniture and entry to the room itself, and also set up a machine to create negative pressure so as to remove all particulate matter from the air that might be harmful.I must say that while this was going on, I felt as if I was in a science fiction movie but any question I had was answered and any anxiety was allayed by these two technicians. It was obvious that these two gentlemen were both knowledgeable and respected the subject matter with which they were dealing. At one point, Jeffrey stated, with regard to his work "I only trust fungus as far as I can throw it".All this made me very happy because being a physician and a resident of Florida, I as well as these two young men are aware of the side effects, and symptomatology that can accompany a fungal infestation at least, or a fungal infection at most.Another aspect I noticed, was that I resigned my commission with the Air Force as a Major. In the civilian world, I went from "sir" to "hey you", "say, old man" etc. It has been a while since I have been addressed as "sir". While it certainly is not required, that is how both Jeffrey and Jaime answered me which was quite refreshing in this day and age.Finally, they stayed about three hours later than expected to finish the job rather than return the next day. Both my wife and I appreciated that but they gave us the option of returning the next day or continuing on.I was not required to write this. But when I come across good workers, who are knowledgeable, well groomed, respectful, and people who I would like to have in my house again, I enjoy writing these types of letters. It also is indicative of the types of people hired by Jenkins Restorations and the job they do.Hats off to Jeffrey and Jaime and the company as well.

Jenkins was extremely professional, from the initial call to the very end. The actual work done was very well. The young man who did the work was very helpful. He was a young guy, about 23 years old, it is rare to find a 23-year-old that is extremely professional in this field of work. My main point of contact was great, he was helpful and patient during the time of COVID-19. I had worries about having people in and out of my home with my additional health needs, and he went above and beyond while getting the job completed quickly.

Completely outstanding in all respects
the replacement of our kitchen cabinets took far too long and the quality of the replacement cabinets is inferior. but i did not want to wait another four months or so get better quality material. one of the drawers cannot have a knob on it because the drawer 90 degrees from it would not be useable. some of the cabinet doors open the wrong way - nobody took the time to inquire which way they should open before the replacement units were ordered.
Mike the supervisor was very helpful, informative, and kept me up to date.
