I am very satisfied with Jenkins Restorations' arrangements for this job.

Did not perform to contract standards. Substandard performance of work and subcontractor hired.

The drying out process was handled quickly and Professionally. However, the drywall was very delayed. A drywall worker was here two days-one week apart. It has been one week since he finished and I have heard from no one about the rest of the project. I have contacted the project director at leas three times about a timeline for finishing the project and have never received a return call.

Not quick Strange occurrence with workers bringing entire family to job site. Some paint drops on floor. Shane made work enjoyable

Prompt arrival and the use of quality equipment and the right equipment provided quality results in what was a shorter than expected operational period.

Project manager and contractors rude. I have recording of project manager yelling at me in my house as i am trying to get my concerns across. Contractor never on jobsite and talked down to my wife when she was asking a question. Baseboards broken on installation and installed wrong. Furniture broken as contractor roughly moved around the house. Horrible company and contractors.

It initially was challenging for a subcontractor to show up for the job. The contractor Native Environmental (Duston Berens) had good follow-through to complete the job.

They were totally uncommunicative and not responsive to our requested by emails, texts, and calls.

We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the master bath project. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly.

Quentin Hughes has never disappointed me in the past years leading emergency services he continue his excellent currently in January 2022 working with his team to provide emergency services. Thanks

The Jenkins Project Manager assigned to my Hail Storm claim made a thorough survey of damages and advocated for full coverage by insurance.

They used poor quality paint that ran down the walls and charged for things they didn’t do. I had to hire an attorney.

We were extremely pleased with them.

Project manager was NOT responsive to my needs or timing. The sub-contractor had the very same problem with the project manager coming to the job site. was not giving a large replacement selection to choose from. The sub contractors did an excellent job.

They really do go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you are paying for.

The mitigation team was first-rate. As to the installation, there were circumstances beyond Jenkins Restorations's control which contributed to my low grading scale.

Jenkins staff members were personable and responsive.

They're were quick and knew what they were doing.

Jenkins Restoration did an outstanding job of mitigating the water damage to our home. They were careful to minimize damage required to access all areas that had to be dried out.

Last week I moved my washer and found that they started to work on the drywall,but did not smooth the mud and put a hole in the wall at the baseboard level. The bottom 3 or 4 inches along the length of the wall is a gaping hole.

Jenkins Restoration is very cooperative and responsive. Definitely a trustworthy company!

I think that their work ultimately was okay, but the way in which the work progressed did not really stay on schedule.

They still haven't finished what they were supposed to fix since march of 2019. They never have called me back. I have chased them down. I would never recommend them.

Right now with the work claim uncompleted I am on the fence with a yes or no recommendation.

Knowing they subcontract out, makes it harder due to my subcontractor experience being terrible.
