The service repair process was a little bit slow. It seems like it was a little extended. The work was finally done, but I have problems with billing. The insurance company paid $15,000. The billing company told me $14,500. I feel like there should be some type of refund.
Jenkins Restorations did what they were supposed to do.
Removal of drywall by your technician in downstairs bathroom resulted in breaking a ceramic floor tile that was not broken prior. Had to use insurance funds to replace tile damaged. Humidifier machine used leaked water in puddle on carpet floor that was trying to be dried out.
This was the worst contractor experience I have ever had. My family and friends cannot believe how many things went wrong with this relatively small job. I can not with good conscience recommend Jenkins to anyone.
Everett Sandavol was very responsive and helpful.
After almost 3 months, the job was still not completed before USAA removed Jenkins from the project.
I was misquoted and I had to pay more than what I thought I had to. The initial quote was $2,000, but I ended up paying $5,000.
I would recommend Jenkins Restorations in a heart beat. Michael was extremely punctual and checked on the area everyday until it was complete.
