Very professional and good team
We had a very positive experience. The team worked quickly, did not make a huge mess, and the quality of work was good. Customer service was quite good, too!
Jenkins Restorations arrived promptly after our family room flooded from a burst water heater. They wasted no time in arriving on a Saturday to set up the necessary fans to dry the flooring. We were very pleased with their remediation services and would definitely recommend them to a friend.
It was done well. They did send me pictures.
I would likely recommend based on finished product. I would likely not recommend because i felt forgotten sometimes and that I had to move things along instead of the project manager. Project took much longer than projected.
many flaws with workmanship
They were prompt with repairs and did an excellent job.
Still waiting from some minor fixes i
Very professional
Jenkins Restorations were there for my family from the start of the fire incident up until the finish product. I appreciated their support and going well beyond their capacity to help make our home look as good as new.
Jenkins did a great job handling our water damage restoration project. We ended up needing our entire kitchen replaced. The Jenkins team was professional and guided us through the whole process. I’d gladly work with them again.
My first contractor was horrible, but they are fixing all the problems.
Jenkins did a great job fixing the water damage in my home.
Jenkins responded quickly and professionally to complete the job at our home.
We were very grateful to have Jenkins come out the same day branches of a tree came through our roof. The repairs were excellent, allowing us to have the trees removed before replacing the roof. They also did an awesome job of cleaning up a massive amount of tree debris from our patio. Thank you!
Rebuild staff worked with me in explaining the process..
Orlando Boch was the best ever. He was so caring. He came and checked on the workers every morning. Ansembo was good as well.
Great job kept me informed through the whole process.
smooth and responsive
excellent in all ways. Jenkins did inside plastering after a roof leak. careful and thorough preparation and clean-up. excellent job of matching the stucco-effect texture. highly recommend.
Would recommend the carpet installers and those that did the initial water dry out. Would not recommend the painters or the roofers.
After finding my USAA insurance wouldn’t pay for all of Jenkins’ bill, Jenkins began to bill me for what USAA refused to pay. (Their incompetent work to prevent water from damaging my roof caused further damage which USAA didn’t want to cover.) USAA told me Jenkins had a pattern of incompetence and of billing insurance clients when the insurance company judged the bill presented by Jenkins to be incorrect. During the Jenkins restoration inside my house, workers took money from a chest of drawers. We did not report it to the police because we could not prove it. What a horrible company!
If you are looking for quality I would highly recommend going elsewhere. The jenkins rep is extremely nice, but the quality of work they and their subs do is extremely low. My kitchen dishwasher is still not installed correctly and the cabinets are not level. Only way I noticed was because the difference the counter has on either side of the stove. Took a tape measure and they are completely off. They have been notified and I have yet to have anyone come out. My rep stated he would try to get out this week and haven't heard anything, it is now friday. The dishwasher is a flush mount and I told the laborers and my rep multiple times. They ignored and said it's easier to read the buttons pulled out. I told them again it's a flush mount dishwasher. My rep said they would take care of it. Come to find out they removed the mounting tabs on dishwasher and left it unmounted. I ordered the tabs to take care of my self and found out the issue is they didn't leave enough space and the cabinet will need to be moved in order for dishwasher to fit and be mounted correctly. I shouldnt have to go behind and check their work. Extremely dissatisfied and I and glad I got my deductible back because of all the problems we had before with them not fixing the subfloor and just laying the floor back over the rotted subfloor. When the cabinets were delivered the 1st time they were the wrong color and at that point we got our deductible back.
Great responsiveness to all my requests. They truly intend to do the best job possible.
Jenkins contracted the job out to a non qualified contractor. More so Jenkins did not proactively and consistently monitor the individual or the work irregardless of customers shared concerns.
Fantastic service. Good, responsive communications. Explained process and answered all questions promptly and courteously. The Team was very professional and did outstanding job.
Very professional and friendly
Very thorough and attentive
ORLANDO WILL FOLLWED UP WITH ALL THAT I ASKED
VERY NICE GUY
Everything is better than before!
Everything was done really well and professionally
Jenkins was great! Efficient and got the job done so well!!
Never recieved updates from PM...called several times.
The team came immediately once I placed a call to my insurance company regarding the flood in my basement. They were the first responders and did an excellent job mitigating the entire process.
They know how to work with insurance companies to make sure I received everything I was entitled to receive. They also are a big general contractor with lots of resources which saved me headache of trying to coordinate services and makes sure everything was taken care of.
The restoration work to our property took 6 months, which was much too long. Nearly every task in the project was completed two times or more due to process failures or poor quality control, the Jenkins staff was always professional and courteous, but there is not enough oversight over the subcontractors. Project managers are spread too thin and cannot pay proper attention to the job work on site. Example: The two subcontractors that were assigned to our job were both fired.
I am very glad that I chose Jenkins Restoration! They were the perfect organization to work on my unusual project.
At the start of the project I was contacted by Jenkins Restoration for a water mitigation project. Assuming they were referred to me by USAA I went with there services. At the start they contacted me the same day and came to my home. I felt rushed to sign a commitment. However, I now understand that water mitigation is an emergency service to prevent more damage. They came to my home and dropped off equipment. The equipment stayed in my home for roughly 3 days before they scheduled to come back out to pick it up. When they came to my home to retrieve the equipment I told them that I felt like all areas of my home were not dry. He left the equipment for an additional day or two then came back. I told the guy that I did not feel confident that my home was completely dry because visibly you could see the wood on the landing of my step still wet. However, the tech assured me that my home was completely dry. After a few weeks I noticed mold growing in my home so I contacted USAA and Jenkins Restoration. I told Jenkins Restoration that it was their responsibility to come and rectify the issue since they never properly dried my home. It took roughly 3 weeks for them to come to my home, take pictures, and get results back from True North of their findings which was ridiculous. I had to call the projector manager located in Atlanta, GA just to get the ball moving. After getting the finding back it was inclusive that my home had mold around the areas where the water damage occurred. The environmental team contacted me and was in my home within 3-5 days to fix the issue. Originally, I was told that I would have to stay in a hotel for 2-3 days. However, 2-3 days turned into 3 weeks. Three weeks with only 3-5 days worth of clothes and was told I could not enter my property since it was in containment. Then every time I followed up with the environmental team I was notified that my home kept failing the mold test. After 2-3 failed test and me being out of my home for 3 weeks I was able to return. However, I returned to a home in total disarray. My home was completely different then the way I left it. Over two inches of wall was cut out, two of my landing stairs were missing, my washing machine & dryer was unhooked. The dryer was removed from my laundry closet and left in the middle of my kitchen floor. My kitchen table was blocking my refrigerator, and my dishwasher was unplugged and damaged. My stove also has dints in it. I was in total shock that I entered into my home with such grave damages. Instead of contacting my insurance company and letting them know that my home was inhabitable they allowed me to come to my home with no update to my insurance provider of how my home was left. When questioned about no regress in my home they told me that it was illegal for them to put something down for me to go up and down the stairs. Please keep in mind that I have a knee injury which made it close to impossible to climb the stairs. I am completely dissatisfied with the level of work that was provided to me. I have communicated my concerns with USAA and will follow-up with Jenkins.
They were very professional, they knew what they were doing, did mind answering my 50 million questions, and if they did not like something they did they redid it until it was perfect.
I had water damaged in my basement and needed to have some of the drywall and carpet padding removed and replaced. Jenkins came and made everything look brand new and were very courteous and prompt. I'm very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.
They were very helpful and professional. We would definitely use them again!
I was out of town when our garage caught fire. Jenkins was on the scene before the fire department had left. They took care of securing the property and initiating water mitigation before I was able to return home. They made what could have been a complete tragedy a bearable experience. We are currently working with them to start the restoration process and so far I have had nothing but a good experience with them.
Jenkins Restorations quickly and effectively repaired my flooded finished basement and returned it to a livable and comfortable condition. Their team was always courteous and responded to my questions promptly and were professional at all times.
Got the bait and switch, the tarp up crew did a great job, the actual repair crew did a terrible job. Charged over 23,000 to my insurance to replace, 1, 2by12, 3, 2by6, several 2by4, 4 sheets of roof that they had to do twice because they put a bunch of holes in the new sheets because they missed the studs by a lot, 4 incorrect colored siding panels which they said was the best they could get and one 50 ft gutter and down spout which another group came out and installed. All the hardware used was undersized compared to what was removed, although they had to go back and use larger ties. They used white pine instead of No.2 yellow pine that was used in the original build. Could have done a better job myself for a fraction of the cost.
They took my 6 doors that the water never touched. Trashed my kitchen and bathroom sink. They destroy my stone Marble walls from my bathroom that the water never reached. Cut my pipes and took my carpets. Broke all my kitchen items. Also broke my couches legs. They cut the walls that the water never touched. This is the worst company I’ve never worked with. I don’t recommend at all.
The Jenkins emergency crew is useless, to put it kindly. This crew was sent out to put a tarp over the hole in the roof and mitigate damage. After three futile attempts to prevent further water damage, and after serious rainfall, they finally managed to stop the leakage, UNDER THE ACTIVE SUPERVISION OF A SEPARATE CONTRACTOR . This group is incompetent and because of their inept attempts to keep out rain, additional areas were soaked and we required extra repairs. What’s up with this, Jenkins?
Orlando coordinated repairs that needed to be completed after a tree hit our house. He was very thorough in investigating the extent of the damage and he explained clearly what needed to be done. When i had questions or concerns, he always was available by phone or email and he thoughtfully responded by explaining further the plan, and in some cases, adjusting the plan based upon our requests. He dealt very effectively with my insurance company and as a result we had no misunderstandings regarding costs. He is very courteous and sincerely interested in taking care of our concerns.
I am heartbroken, and disappointed in how I was treated. The lack of communication, and empathy. I trusted them to come into my home, only for them to treat me and the home as if it were trash. They steal things, and go through personal items, and kids items. They throw away things. I paid, and worked hard for my kid's things. I am highly, highly disappointed in how it all happened. As well as, how nothing was responded to after complaints were made. The only person that tried to say something was to say something was Charles. Edwin is a fraud, and so is his crew. They steal. They go through and take things to take home, or sell. They did not provide an itemized list of things. So, it is my word against theirs. I am trying to find paperwork for things, and asking for receipts. I highly would not recommend Jenkins. Even Charles said he would stay on-site after the incident, but he did not. I have asked a number of times for a call, and have gotten no phone call. No paperwork, no anything. They stole my kids school laptops. Which has been a headache. The school system is saying I owe $200 per laptop. No one has apologized to me. Jenkins gets zero stars!
NO
Jenkins Restorations (J.Restorations) exceeded my expectations in the repair and restoration of my home. I had a flood in my home a few months ago that resulted in water damage that made my home uninhabitable. My ceilings, walls, and floors were all severely damaged. J.Restorations provided all of the services that were needed under one company. I didn't have to seek any additional experts, they performed the water mitigation, demolition, restoration, and repair. Their craftsmanship was excellent, and they not only repaired my home but restored it beyond my expectations.
