The crew was easy to work with, arrived on time, and stayed until the job was completed.

The first crew that came out took shortcuts on the banister so they had to put a lot of putty under it. I've actually had family and friends notice it. Some of the areas along the floorboards and frames around the doors are cut too short and are filled with caulking. There are a couple of other places where they put new cabinets where you can see cement.

Jenkins Restorations is amazing! They showed up the same morning our house flooded and immediately got to work!!! Fans and dehumidifiers were all over the house and running before they left for the day!!

Evan was very helpful in working with the insurance company, especially when we had problems with communication from the insurance company.

Michael Vought and his partner did an excellent job of getting right on water mitigation. They communicated the process well and were very thorough. They were neat and cleaned up every time they came to inspect the progress.

They quoted a job, then they lost the paperwork, and this caused the job to be delayed. Then, they said it would be done in a certain amount of time, then it took a year. The work that was done had to be redone several times because it wasn't done correctly. In the end, things were not done correctly, and we had to go paint what they had done wrong or not done at all. They are not trustworthy. They are unreliable, and its just very difficult to deal with a company where nobody seems to be talking to anyone.

I would like to recommend Jenkins Restoration to others for the reasons: they are true to their words, they showed up on schedule, they finished the work sooner than expected, and the quality of their workmanship is excellent.

A rep called within two hours of being assigned to us by USAA (after business hours!) and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Very responsive to our needs.

Job was done completely right. Area was cleaned and dried. All debris and soaked insulation was taken away and my workshop tools ware covered with plastic to protect them from contamination. Job well done!

Workmen we’re timely, polite, explained the process and discussed the project with us in detail. The work took part of 3 days and they cleaned up any debris each day.

It would be nice if they would provide better feedback to make the customer feel like they are still working with us.

Jenkins Restorations was quick and professional with what I needed done. Within days of signing their contract, they were completing work in my home. Their coordination was very refreshing considering I travel for work and am away from home most of the time. Their technicians were wonderful and very knowledgeable about what they did. They explained their operations to me and answered any question I had. They also made sure to show me that my walls were completely dry before they left. I highly recommend this company!

Had some difficulties communicating with the project manager, initially the inspection of my project went smoothly; however after that follow up was lacking. My husband and I had to initiate all follow up, to the point of contacting a supervisor twice.

He was awesome. He explained everything in detail. He visited me 3-4 times. Every time I called and asked a question he answered it directly and did not give me the run around. He was a good guy to work with.

Somewhat difficult with the contractors… theft of our property, improper installation of carpet, which all of this was made right but why not right the first time. Not to mention my Jenkins Rep went AWOL, had to contact bosses and bosses boss just to get the job finished, over two months of work that was promised for 2 weeks completion. All that matters now tho is that my house is back in order.

Follow through in every stage, from assessment to water mitigation, tear out, and repair were exactly as described. All staff were very professional.

Great service and were prompt , I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

We felt very taken care of. Evan did a good job explaining everything well and being empathetic to our situation.

The initial response to our request was immediate. Drying out the building so rapidly was given star points by our insurance adjuster. Six months were given as the time line. Finishing the punch list in a timely manner would have brought the work to completion within that time frame.

Jenkins Restorations took a very long time to complete the work however, the quality of their work was excellent.

A lot of miscommunication and I'm still waiting on a call back from one of the supervisors and that was two or three weeks ago. If you could get ahold of them that would be great.
