Both were responsive to any questions we had, necessary changes were discussed in advance and there were no surprises. From design through product selections and construction, the team brings superior knowledge and experience to each project. From my very first contact with JKC to the completion of the job everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Due to Covid, the delays related to the winter weather, and some unexpected structural problems that had to be addressed, the job took longer than initially expected. However, JKC did every thing they could to work with me to get me back in my house as quickly as possible. My new kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and I am sure I will deeply appreciate my new garage in the winter months!

Can’t say enough good things about this company. JKC helped us with our re-model about 3 years ago. They did an amazing job. We recently noticed a leak in our bathroom and didn’t know what to do. I called JKC. Keith juggled his busy schedule to help out. He got a roofer out on a Friday afternoon to fix the leak. This issue really didn’t have anything to do with our past re-model, but they helped out anyway. I can’t tell you how grateful we are. Talk about customer service!

I have nothing but great things to say about JKC Inc.! When we decided to build a house on our property we sent some feelers out to about six contractors in the Flagstaff area. Jeff (owner of JKC) responded and we set an appointment to meet him at our property. He was helpful from beginning to end in helping us understand the nuances of building a new house, there was a lot more to it than we had ever considered. Kerry-Lynn, Frankie, and the whole crew that managed our build were absolute professionals. They helped us when we needed help, gave us space when we needed to think, and nudged us as required. We didn't live in Flagstaff when we started the build but lucky for us JKC was accustomed to building for out-of-towners. The construction management software they use (co-construct) has a customer interface that allows you to see progress on the build, weekly picture updates, approve/decline selections, and communicate through the software. So it was a one stop shop for the project from a customer standpoint. I highly recommend JKC inc. to anyone looking to build a new house.

We were very happy with our experience with JKC. Picking out finishes and products was very efficient with Kerry-Lyn who was very helpful. As homeowners living in another city, they did a great job of communicating work progress with weekly updates via CoConstruct app which was very helpful. We hired JKC for our cabin remodel and we couldn't be happier. We live in Phoenix so couldn't be on site in Flagstaff for much of our project. Keith, our project manager, was great and gave us updates each week and was in contact with us throughout the process. This is the fourth project JKC have completed for me. This project was a complete refresh of a 2,400sq facility that Jeff and his team had built previously. Their exemplary service is exactly the same as it was 11 years years ago when I first used them. This particular contract had an extremely tight deadline and budget constraints and I could not be happier with the outcome. Jeff, Kerry-Lyn and Frankie make a great team. They communicated frequently throughout the project and where issues arose, they were addressed immediately. Their level of ingenuity was tested several times when our franchisee vendors failed to supply schematics for custom millwork and Frankie excelled in making it all work. All in all, another successful project, on budget, on time and delivered professionally.

We absolutely loved everything about working with JKC Inc. Jeff and Sean Martin, my project manager, were always on time, prompt at responding to both email and voicemail questions, extremely professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. We actually lived in the house while they were doing this major remodel, they did a great job of quarantining us and the job site, and they kept everything clean and worked around our schedule. We have a 3 year old daughter, and there were times she would be home for nap times, and they were extremely considerate about that as well as our two dogs that were at home at the site. We got to know all the guys that came to work on the house on a first name basis, and my daughter loved them all and made pictures for them. When the project was all said and done, my husband and I couldn't have been happier how everything turned out. They exceeded our expectations, and we have definitely recommended them to several of our friends, acquaintances, and neighbors that are interested in doing remodeling work. I know they have gone out to give estimates, and they got at least one job from our recommendations. We are definitely going to contact them again for our next remodeling project when it comes up.
