They were fast, very friendly, and very responsive. I actually already recommended them. I live in a town home complex. Someone backed into another garage, and I recommend you to the management company because you did such a beautiful job on my garage.

The work is ok. My complaint is that it took too long. The project was supposed to be six weeks but it took six months.

I hired JM Construction to clear away the remains of my burned-up garage and build a replacement garage on the same concrete slab. From contract signing to completion, the job took 519 days. The workmanship was excellent. Shari Parker did a good job of keeping me aware of when workmen would be coming. Jeff Bailey was the project lead. I am very happy with my garage and working with JM Construction. It just took too long!Most of the problems seemed to be caused by subcontractors and not by JM Construction, itself. For example, a significant delay was the garage doors, which took 278 days from contract signing to completion of installation. I also had JM Construction replace my front steps and rear porch. both, which had severe rot. I am also satisfied with that work.I would use JM Construction again for other repairs.

They took a long time to get started. I don't think the timeline was acceptable. Other than that they did good work.

Working with JM Construction was a mistake and a complete waste of time. The pricing of work done was out of like with industry standard and quality of work was disappointing at best. JM Construction was impossible to communicate with missed details (including remembering who we are) installed equipment without authorization and did NOT follow up on any request for communication In summary working with them was an EPIC nightmare. We are still waiting for them to remove a light fixture that was installed without approval

The employees who actually performed the construction through JM construction were great. It was the Mismanagement of the job, and the poor scheduling. Not one aspect of the job was performed in accordance to the ever-changing schedules. Job phases were performed out of sequence. One example, the flooring was installed before the paint and tile were done, thus leaving debris, dirt, paint, Etc on my brand-new floors. Service master and PW Steven's were very professional, efficient, and great to work with.

I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to JM Construction and all their staff, personel and everyone associated with rebuilding my home.All individuals were very friendly, knowledgeable and proffesional, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing restoration for their home. Their guidence made a unfortunate situation much easier, by simplifiying the building process. The worker they sent out was truly excellent, but it seemed unfair after the first day that they took all his help away and left him to do it by himself. Also, a sub-contractor they used for part of the job (fencing) was totally unresponsive to my calls and unprofessional. I had to request that JM Construction not utilize him for the fence. It was handled by someone I lined up and JM Construction was fine with the decision.

JM Construction has been very helpful and understanding in terms of the situation. They brought the right people to the job and they were very good at listening to what we needed.
