Great from start to finish!

Doug Matrisciano, the contractor who does flooring for JMC referred us to JMC.

All team members I've interacted with from sales to quality control have been fantastic - wonderful attitude, responsive, and seem trust worthy.

the internal plumbing is horrible. flush any toilet and you hear it through the house. very disappointing that this issue is not addressed and takes away from all the pros of the house.

I would have been more likely to recommend JMC Homes to a friend if they had come through with a repair for something that was obviously caused by their sub-contractor. Whether covered by a warranty or not, the cost to JMC to have the repair done is minimal. Instead, because we didn't see it on any walk through, it is the opinion of their representative that it must have been caused by our negligence. It is obvious from where the damage is, that it was caused by defective workmanship. In the interest of good customer service, the repair should have been taken care of by JMC.

All whom we dealt with were very helpful and accommodating.

Process was seamless and I like the fact that they are a local builder

Favorite Feature - I don’t know that I can pick one. It’s a beautiful house. I love all the windows at the back of the home (particularly the huge slider), I love the outdoor living room with the fireplace. I love the covered balcony upstairs. I love the large kitchen, I love the way the light comes through the house through windows in every direction. I love the indoor fireplace—this was actually another reason I wanted a JMC home. I love that so many of your floor plans had indoor and outdoor fireplaces

JMC was one of several builders we looked at in the Rocklin-Twelve Bridges-Lincoln area. The lot location, lot size, and floor plan selection was one of the best. Now that we have moved in, JMC's warranty on the home and active after-sales service has given us much peace of mind.

So far, I am satisfied with the service and the product.

i have already been raving about them to anyone who will listen to me. They offered us superb customer service. In fact, their customer service is so wonderful, we were sents photos of the building process weekly, since we lived out of state.

Favorite Feature - It is ours. I wake up every single day and I tell my husband that I absolutely love our house. We love it so much, you step out and everyone is always smiling and waving. We love everything about it.

Their whole team seems to make sure that you're happy with the home.

The homes are well constructed using quality material.

This is my third JMC home. I would definitely recommend JMC. Compared to other builders they provide a better home.

Why JMC Homes? - Have always known and heard great things about the quality of JMC Homes, so when it came time for us to buy again, we chose JMC and so far it lives up to the great things we already knew and had hear.

This was very easy and they found the right home for us.

Having purchased multiple new home builds over the years, I have found that the overall sales, qualify, and post-sales processes are very robust. Would not think twice about recommending JMC to a friend.

The problem is, when the sale ends, things change. We were to do steps to the house to go with the degree of the driveway. There is a house across the street with the same degree driveway, and it has steps, we do not, and now we have cracks. It is difficult to update anything, and when you pay JMC to conduct the changes, they arrive and declare they are unable to do so. I had a concern with how wide the fireplace wall was. They said they could make the wall longer, and now they say they cannot do it.

The builder did not give us time to see the house. We saw the house three times throughout it being built.

The house is good. More than we expected. The neighborhood is great.
