They were very professional. The cleanup was great. They put down tarps and plywood to protect things. They were phenomenal. The salesperson went up on my roof to check things out. He noticed that the company that just did my eves did them wrong. He took pictures of it for me, so I could show them. Another company went on the roof and thought I needed another air vent. I called JN and asked how much more it would be. They said that they already noticed it, and had it in my quote. They brought extra air vents in case I needed more. They sent 7-8 guys out, and they were done in half a day.
