From the beginning to the end of the process, it was absolutely outstanding. The representative who came in and did the
initial assessment was outstanding, explained everything, and made it non-understandable. They really contributed to understanding what the work would be, how it would contribute positively towards the security and structure of the home, and promote the life management of the new roofing system. The workmanship was absolutely outstanding. The work crew was entirely polite, went out of their way to ensure that the property was taken care of, and to minimize any type of issues that may occur to the property or to the home itself. Following that, laying down mitigation measures such as tarps to ensure nails and other things that came out from the old roof were not going to migrate into things like the lawn and garden, as well as taking special precautions to ensure that anything next to the roof, such as barbecue and stuff in the backyard were moved and protected to ensure that they would, not be affected by the ongoing work. Following that, they were also very kind, very courteous, very professional and, they interacted with me, the homeowner, to ensure that, everything's going well, and that they were not being a disruption to the normal life that I'm having in my home. They coordinated it well, they arrived ahead of time, highly motivated, again, entirely polite and professional throughout, and then by the time they left, it was amazing, because it was as if they had never been here, except I had a brand new roof, and absolutely zero issues with their cleanup.

JN Roofing goes above and beyond and gives roofers a good name. I went with them because several of my friends used them and were very happy. I got three estimates, and theirs was fair; it was in the middle. I did my research, but the greatest comfort was that they went above and beyond with emails and visits to help me FINALLY decide and answered all of my questions. From the receptionist to the office manager to Mike, with the quote and samples, everyone was on board. One of the other companies couldn't care less. They didn't try to persuade me to get the roof done, but laid out facts and told me that, at the end of the day, it's my choice. I trust them. They put in a lot of time and energy into this project. Amy and the other office staff were great. I love my finished roof. God bless Mike. They were at the home show and did a wonderful job. While I was working with them nothing seemed to bother them. They never made me feel like I was a pain in the butt. They have an amazing staff all around.
