We chose JKC to do a full exterior remodel including new siding, doors, a few windows, insulation and a complete overhanging porch rebuild. We're not quite done with our project yet but all the major work is finished and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work, level of communication and their ability to solve problems that came up by finding effective and long term solutions. All the staff are approachable and professional, there are no pushy sales tactics and they are completely straightforward. We couldn't have made a better choice for this large project to protect our home.

Absolutely would recommend. From the minute I met Joe I knew this was the right choice and every step to the end of the project confirmed that. He listened to what I had to say, offered options for solutions, stayed patient with my decision process, and he obviously takes great care in hiring and training a first class crew.

When it came to the exterior remodel of our 30 year old house we knew it would be more than replacing the siding (removal of LP T1/11).
It turned out that we wanted windows, entrance door, gutters and garage door replaced as well.
Joseph Ketner was the 3rd contractor we got a quote from.

every instance where i questioned the way items where installed, to the process, to details about the paint, the particular representative came to my house to answer questions and evaluate the work as to the quality, . From the house wrap and the caulking used , installation of siding and how improved methods were employed. Joe and his team took photos of every step, and co-ordinated very well throughout the whole project. In fact, I thought the job was finished and there were a couple of areas Joe was not quite happy with, he thought it could look better, so he had his team come out and make improvements. And he was right, the finished job is perfect, my dream home.

Additional Comments - I had concerns along the way as it was a large project. But all were handled to my satisfaction in a timely manner.They were always there when they said they would be there and even worked in bad weather and weekendsto complete the project.

Our new siding, gutters, and windows are exactly what we wanted, the quality of the work is great, and the team working on the project was receptive to questions and feedback. It was really a bonus to have a low-pressure and respectful discussion about the project and estimate.

This was a major project for us (new roof, siding and windows); needless to say we were anxious and concerned about choosing the right contractor. After much research and meeting with Joe in our home, we decided to go with them. He was upfront and professional , and we also liked that we were able to work with one company rather than having to use multiple contractors for the different aspects of our job. Brenda is an absolute pleasure to work with, she was friendly, timely and responsive to our many questions. The onsite teams were also great to work with; they arrived when they were supposed to and worked tirelessly to finish our project ahead of the rains.
