The company is top notch, and they were very professional over the 2 days they were here and did an efficient job, and I could not ask for anything better.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Joyce because the sales person said the bathroom floor would be demoed to the subfloor but I came home and it was being floated over old cracked tile. I am sure that is why I’m having problems with the toilet sealing to the floor flange properly. If I had know for a second they were going to float that floor I would have had the tile demoed out before they arrived because it would take about an hour or so to remove the old tiles.

I am so happy to get rid of tile and have a smooth decorative durable surface.

They are a wonderful company to do business with. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Joyce did an exceptional job for us and communicated throughout the process. I would recommend them without reservation. If we need additional work they will be our company of choice.

My wife and I had been talking about remodeling our 60 year old bathroom for 15 years. The many solutions we investigated during that time were either too expensive or too low quality. Especially vexing was the techniques for replacing the 60 year old wall tiles enclosing the tub/Shower and integrating the solution with the tiles on the other three walls.

In the Summer of 2023, the Joyce team had a booth next to my Right to Life booth at the Western North Carolina State Fair. They had as a display, a mock-up of a remodeled bathroom, that featured their products. I was taken with the wall panels, how substantive and good looking they were. I talked to the employee in the booth and he told me about the company and the product line, and answered all my questions openly and honestly. I was impressed and when he offered to send a sales rep to my house in Rutherfordton, NC, to design a solution I took him up on it.

The sales rep had obviously been a construction contractor himself and was very, very, knowledgeable of the bathroom remodeling process and the products, including alternatives to Joyce's own product lines. We had been looking for so long that the difference between his solution and the others we had explored was just obvious. His solution was so complete and it fit within our allocated budget that we signed a scope of work the next day.

While we waited for construction to begin, (at our request) we made some changes to the scope of work and that presented no problem: the project manager was very cooperative and adjusted the contract accordingly. The contractors appeared on time on the appointed day and they were worked diligently and efficiently to dismantle and remove the excavation debris and actually spent 30 minutes cleaning up before they left for the day. I continued to work from my desk with minimal disruption.

Upon installation of the new flooring, the contractors discovered that some of the floor joists around the wax seal of the old toilet had rotted and after confirming pricing, which we found fair, they executed a change order and proceeded with the repairs with no delay. Upon completion, they performed a punch list inspection along with us and with one last clean up and upon removal of all project related and even sweeping up sawdust and plastic particles from the driveway, they exited.

We are extremely happy with the Joyce team's planning, production, products, execution and the behavior of all involved and could not be happier.

The sales rep, Mason, is very good and very professional. The installers came, and they did a great job. They cleaned up, and I am very impressed with them. I would recommend Joyce Factory Direct. To me, they did a great job. I paid more with them than with another company because I was more impressed with the sales rep. They also installed them in one day.

The sales representative (Mason) went above and beyond. He was really spectacular. The installation team too were great! Very skilled, clean, polite and thorough. The windows are of excellent quality. There was a little misunderstanding in how the final payment was made but overall it was a top notch experience so I would highly Joyce Factory Direct.

I found the process of changing out my sunroom windows to have been done professionally from the first sales call, through the measuring process and up and until the crew left with the new windows installed. Everyone I encountered was friendly and very competent.

Everything from the sadness staff to the installer went very well.

The windows are fine. However the communication with the installation team was not; consequently a very old azalea bush was butchered; no warning, and no mention. Not happy about that.

I believe in the gentlemen who put the shower in. I had a little problem with the salesperson. I have a disability that I tried to explain to the salesperson, but he did not understand. When the installers arrived, they understood and did a good job. The tub was wrong in dimensions so when I open the door water gets on the floor.

Felt we were misled about Joyce’s component of the entire project. The product is not manufactured by Joyce, it is installed by sub-contractors (who was VERY GOOD), and all Joyce provides is the ordering and scheduling.

I've been very pleased with the service and the installation. Everything went well. They were very polite and efficient.
