Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths - Charlotte was very invasive and very unresponsive when legitimate questions were asked. They were rude. They talked to my wife and me like they were experts, but when we had legitimate questions, it was, "We will get right back to you," but a day or two or three would go by before we ever heard anything.

This is the 2nd job that Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths has done in my home in the last 6 months. The 2nd job is not completed yet. We just signed a contract. So far I was very satisfied with the work done on the last project. I am sure the same level of quality will be applied to this new project.

Overall they did a good job!

Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths started off with a little bit of a problem, as a worker had an issue with his car breaking down. They were able to get someone else to come in really quick. He did a great job. His workmanship was 5/5! The guys stayed all day until they finished it. The workmanship and professionalism were perfect. I could not ask for better.

Failed to deliver what we purchsed

The last measurement on the door and window was not correct, and it set us back on the installation four weeks.

We were very thrilled about the new shower that we received for my mother. Changing the old to the new was very worthwhile and makes it a lot easier for her to take a shower without any problems.

The project we had completed was a sunroom. We already had a screened porch and glass was installed. The installers were great. The price was a little questionable but we are satisfied with the job, other than some quality control from the manufacturer, regarding some of the hardware latches used to close and open the windows.

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Joyce. As I am completely satisfied with the shower, floor and toilet, I am totally DISSATISFIED by the way my ceiling was left. The installers made some scratches in my ceiling when they were installing the shower. They were unable to patch the ceiling scratches and now I am left with a ceiling that is scraped down to the drywall. I have been told by Joyce employees that they are not responsible for the ceiling although it was in perfect condition before they entered my home. Now I am expected to pay to have the ceiling skim coated and painted at my own expense. I find this totally unacceptable

They haven't satisfactory installed the shower door. We have had problems since February. It has been close to 4 months, and they haven't resolved it.

Overall, this was a good experience. The cost was significant, but the quality of the materials and workmanship merited the cost. Dennis and his son were meticulous in their work, and it is clear Dennis is a superb craftsman who takes great pride in his projects. The results are impressive; our shower is now much more pleasant and certainly added significantly to the value of our home.
