Overall they did a good job!

Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths started off with a little bit of a problem, as a worker had an issue with his car breaking down. They were able to get someone else to come in really quick. He did a great job. His workmanship was 5/5! The guys stayed all day until they finished it. The workmanship and professionalism were perfect. I could not ask for better.

Failed to deliver what we purchsed

The last measurement on the door and window was not correct, and it set us back on the installation four weeks.

We were very thrilled about the new shower that we received for my mother. Changing the old to the new was very worthwhile and makes it a lot easier for her to take a shower without any problems.

They did a good job. Except one corner does not have enough caulking.

The project we had completed was a sunroom. We already had a screened porch and glass was installed. The installers were great. The price was a little questionable but we are satisfied with the job, other than some quality control from the manufacturer, regarding some of the hardware latches used to close and open the windows.

I have already recommended the company to two people!

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Joyce. As I am completely satisfied with the shower, floor and toilet, I am totally DISSATISFIED by the way my ceiling was left. The installers made some scratches in my ceiling when they were installing the shower. They were unable to patch the ceiling scratches and now I am left with a ceiling that is scraped down to the drywall. I have been told by Joyce employees that they are not responsible for the ceiling although it was in perfect condition before they entered my home. Now I am expected to pay to have the ceiling skim coated and painted at my own expense. I find this totally unacceptable

At this time I definitely would not. I went with this company because of the sales pitch only to be dissatisfied

While the installers were excellent the other overall service and interactions were very disappointing!

They haven't satisfactory installed the shower door. We have had problems since February. It has been close to 4 months, and they haven't resolved it.

Overall, this was a good experience. The cost was significant, but the quality of the materials and workmanship merited the cost. Dennis and his son were meticulous in their work, and it is clear Dennis is a superb craftsman who takes great pride in his projects. The results are impressive; our shower is now much more pleasant and certainly added significantly to the value of our home.

They took my signature without explaining everything to me. I sent a lot of emails and calls to them, and they still never explained it to me. I am unsatisfied.

The guys who did the work were awesome and worked hard. My only complaint is that if they say they will be there at a certain time, be there on time.

The customer service is in the toilet.

I am extremely happy with the service I got and with the windows.

I rate the workmanship a five. The tub is a deep soaking tub, and I was told there would be arm supports on the inside. I was taken aback when they just brought the deep soaker tub, but I did tell them to go ahead and install it. They need to be more precise in presenting their product; show pictures of the products available. I don't know if they had different qualities of deep soaker tubs or not. I feel I was misled in the description of the deep soaker tub, they made me believe I was receiving more of a custom design and not a standard tub.

Joyce Factory Direct friendly and considerate. They considered what and was very respectful to my home.

The crew of two men from Joyce Factory Direct & Bath Planet did excellent work. There was only one problem, and it was due to the size of the bathroom. There was a little place where they banged the wall. I can touch that up with no problem. John and the other installer were very good. I have already recommended them to someone.

The salespeople were very hard to work with. The turnover was crazy. I worked with 3 different salespeople before I could get things right.

The price was lower than other estimates and the installation was perfect. Good overall experience. Dennis Brown, the installer, was excellent.

I will not recommend to others because I did not get a good experience with the overall team. The builders that come out and do the work are nice. But salesperson will always be salesperson. They got to get you sold! The first one that I worked with was nice and kept me up to date with everything but left Joyce after our project because his boss did not hold his promise in fixing our shower and made it a big deal. Basically it was a word by mouth from the boss and not written down so he used that against him. Then the second salesperson never answers my phone calls or texts after receiving the payment. I thought to give Joyce a repetitive chance three times, but future projects will not be with Joyce!

I would not recommend Joyce again due to the low quality of work, lack of follow-up to ensure the contracted company actually completed what they were supposed to, and numerous mistakes made during the ordering process that luckily we caught before they started.

Multiple items were not included in the contract, although we discussed them during the sales appointment. For example, I told the salesman that I wanted four shower caddies, and he only put one on the contract, so we had to pay more than we planned.
