Will NOT recommend Joyce because of harassment and very poor customer service.

I've been dealing with them since 2012 and I've had them out 4 different times. They are finally done completing all of my windows and I am very happy with the technicians and the service.

They provide excellent customer service. The price was not the cheapest, but the quality and service was superior.

The shower doors are junk. They are cheap. It is not a good door. The color of the shower surround thing is ugly. I know they have marble looking lines, but some looks like cracks. We hat to give a negative rating. Another thing is the kids that did it was awesome! They did wonderful. He cracked the tile on the floor, and we weren't planning on changing the tile.

I was very satisfied with the work, the professionalism, and the quality.

While we are pleased with the finished product, there were some issues that prolonged the process. First, the wrong size base was ordered which delayed the project by about a week. This could be solved by having someone other than the sales rep do the measure. It took a long time for the glass walls to come which I realize was partly due to the unique nature of this shower. When the glass walls and door were installed, it was discovered that the wrong door handle was sent. The installer was able to rig a temporary handle so the shower could be used. After another delay, they returned to install the correct handle, but found that they had no screws. Finally after another delay they returned with the proper screws to complete the job. While we now live in a world of increasing supply chain issues, I think a lot of your problems could be resolved with simply a little more attention to detail, checking and rechecking, and treating the installation process with as much importance as making the sale. You have a beautiful product and wonderful installers (especially Matt McGraw) but if this had been my only shower in my home, I would have been greatly inconvenienced.

Quality of work and materials was very good but price was a bit higher than other estimates. Referral from a previous customer is what convinced us to go with Joyce. Salesman had good visuals that some other companies did not provide.

They were excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever and the quality was exceptional by the installer.

This company is horrible!! Would never use them or recommend them. I got a new bath/shower combo. It's not level. You literally sit to the left and it is very noticeable, even if it is within "standard" or whatever word you guys use who wants to sit in a bathtub and relax while on an angle?

Also, why was I not asked about placement of anything?? The shower railing, the soap dish, and shelves were all placed where ever while nothing was approved by me... It was just done to how the installer personally liked it. which was not how I wanted it. He was nice enough to move the shower rail where it was supposed to always be placed, but that left ugly holes in my new shower wall. The customer's opinions on their shower they are paying an arm and a leg for should always be #1 priority... also, if the installer Greg was less worried about telling me stories of his family molestation accusations, his dead beat father, and how he sues people constantly and maybe the focus was more on the project none of this would have happened. The conversations had made me feel very uncomfy and wanted me to stay away from my own house... which I called management and told him that first night but the problem persisted the next 3 days still... the job shouldn't of taken 4 days, could of been done probably in 2 or even 3 if he did not speak so much and worried about his job at task. Also, The constant profanity used while a child was in the house is uncalled for. Should have never happened. How unprofessional once again on your company's part.

We were very pleased with the finished product. The workers were polite, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves. There were some problems with the piping beneath but once the base was remade, it was perfect. We love it!

They were so considerate. My son was sleeping at the time, and they tried to be as quiet as possible, so they wouldn't wake him up. That meant a lot.

They were good, clean, on time, and courteous.

Would not recommend since they are unwilling to follow through to resolve issues.

The work was scheduled around my work schedule. The contractor came each morning and the project was finished my 2 days. His work was wonderful, all the lines met perfectly, the seams were neat, and he cleaned up after himself. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Overall did a great job and we are very satisfied with the finished project.

Not bad but we believed that the new bathtub would be larger than the old one. It is actually smaller and holds a smaller volume of water.

Everything on this project went so smoothly. From meeting with Tony to discuss what we wanted to the completed screened porch- easiest home project ever.

I was very disappointed with the initial installation. Joyce Factory Direct & Bath Planet had to come back. There were a lot of problems with the installation. The project manager was very rude to me. The PM actually hung up on me.

We had a wonderful experience, everyone was very helpful. I definitely would recommend Joyce Factory.

They started the project, and it is still not complete. They promised two days and it has five weeks.

They made ordering simple, the cost was quite reasonable, and the installation was excellent.

I would not recommend Joyce for anyone living in the Pittsburgh area. Our distance from their office in Ohio was inconvenient, and I wonder how difficult it will be to receive service, if needed, in the future.

The process took a little longer than expected, but the finished product was exactly what we were hoping it would be. Every detail was exactly what had been promised.

We had a few delays because of size discrepancy and shower door style, but it was well worth the wait. Matt McGraw was an excellent installer.

I followed the suggestions of the employee who provided the estimate. Now, I have issues that cannot be resolved.

The sales person was fine. The installer was just a lot. Didn’t enjoy his attitude or comments. He had us change the shower head because there wasn’t enough water pressure to fill it out, but he left it like that and we had to call in for a repair. Generally over time we have also noticed some gaps in the caulking within the shower itself.

The installer, Tyler, was very good and professional. The staff was very professional. I recommend them to anyone I know.

They did a good job, it was just very expensive.

I'm very dissatisfied with the installation. Originally, it took from May to August. They had to get a second person to come out to redo everything that the first person did wrong.

I think they're overpriced, so I wouldn't recommend them to a friend. I'm not too thrilled with the quality of their work.

They did not stand behind their contractor's promises.
