JP Exteriors is a highly skilled professional contractor. They were able to accommodate all the changes that I needed in a timely manner. All concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.

I would give it a 5, but one electrical outlet on the wall outside no longer work after they finished the job. I now have to call an electrician to fix it.

The project manager Gabe was dismissive and did respond appropriately to a mistake that the crew made that was found a week after completing the siding installation. Actually said, “it will not be cheap to fix”. Never did fix it.

Our home looks beautiful now and is finally a color we are happy with. Our neighbors gave many compliments about the new look. Jon and Mike are absolutely wonderful to work with. They stand by their products, workmanship, and listen to their clients. Every question or concern I had was answered completely and if I felt anything needed to be changed, it was done immediately. I had them come out 2 months after they completed the residing of my house for a small issue. After receiving a few bids, JP came in as the most affordable and was easily one of the more professional companies we interacted with. There were a few times we had to follow up with John and Mike to ensure that everything was in order for installation, but usually they were responsive and able to get us the information we needed in a timely manner.
