The cleanup of the water damage was done expeditiously. The removal of the water damaged items was quick. I used JRCC to reconstruct the damaged areas and it took awhile to get them on schedule to complete the work but once on schedule the work was done quickly and professionally.

I felt they were only interested in getting a huge insurance payout to remodel my kitchen, instead of quoting and fixing my leak.Never got a quote for a leaky roof. Had a drip from the ceiling in my utility room from leaky roof. They never tarp the roof to prevent further water damage inside. Wanted to rip out the kitchen in the next room just to make sure there was no moister in the walls (there was no sign of moisture in the attic over the kitchen). I felt they wanted to make it a huge project to get paid big from the insurance company, using the idea that there could be moisture in the walls. I ask them to leave and I fixed it myself.
