Getting siding is a major purchase so we went with the company that left the best overall impression. We liked that they were a local company and it has been around over 50 years if I remember correctly. I also checked that they are on the Hardey preferred installers list.

I had expectations for my siding experience, they truly surpassed it! I called 3 companies out the day after Christmas to see how hungry everyone was in 2023 to start my project in the first half of 2024. K&H came out and did a FULL DEMO. Demos matter. They did not do a "fly by" via a drone, they did not price quote me on the phone, they did not spend 15 minutes here. They came in, did a needs assessment, demonstrated their product knowledge, made a friend and won a Job.

The service, so far, has been good. It took a long time for the door to arrive. Now I need some adjustment to the storm door and still waiting.

The time to wait for the ordered windows was long but the install of the windows was great. There was one window that was in a challenging area and very high up and Robert was awesome trouble shooting how best to install and he got it done.

My experience with K&H Windows was pretty smooth from start to finish. From the estimate to scheduling to install, the process was easy and professional. Even when the wrong sized window was initially delivered (manufacturer's error, not K&H), K&H put in a rush order for the correct window and it was installed a short time later. They showed they could step up when something was not quite right. My new doors and window look and function great!

Our experience with K&H was very frustrating and is something I would not recommend to anyone. The workmanship on the windows was sloppy and unprofessional. When I requested to speak with someone about the installation, I was made to feel like I was crazy for wanting the smeared caulking cleaned up. I had a manager come to my house and look at the job, and he stated that he felt it was an acceptable job. I had to fight to get them to address any of my issues, and I can assure you that if anyone were to ask about our new windows, I would never tell them to do business with this company or the incompetent staff that work there. In the beginning, the salesman that came out to the house promised us all kinds of things like being kept informed of our order, not needing a painter to come out and repair the damage done due to installation, etc.

Door was delivered and installed in just a few weeks in spite of supply chain issues affecting all types of building materials. The door is excellent quality and exactly what we wanted. Immaculate clean-up after installation. All staff friendly and courteous.

Overall, we are pleased with K&H. With one exception, the job was well done and on time. When I raised concerns about the workmanship of the outside caulking, the company promptly responded to solve the issue and my concerns. As of now, we are very satisfied.

The guy that came out was very honest, on time, and showed us what to do. K & H Windows actually did better than the concrete contractors that we paid three times more for, and they did a great job. Don't ever use Concord Concrete.
