Ryan Hild was very prompt in addressing all of my questions and worked very hard to find the crown molding above the windows. Ruben the project manager was wonderful. Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job on our home. We essentially had him replace almost all of the windows and remodel the whole exterior except brick with Hardie Plank and Trim. As always, something pops up when doing these types of jobs, and Ryan was extremely quick to respond and address any issues. We will have KC Exterior Pros back to replace a few more old windows in the future.

I hardly ever fill out these surveys unless the service is remarkable.WE recently (10/18 )hired Ryan Hild and KC Exterior Pros for a complete Hardie Board re siding, gutters, fascia and soffits for our three story 34 year old home. Contingencies were minimal and agreed in advance, eg new OSB to replace rot under some old siding. The price was not the cheapest but it was better to far better than all the Certified Hardie Board Competition. The crew came on time, worked 10 hours a day, left the work site pretty clean each night and came every day but Sundays until it was totally complete. None of this fitting in other jobs and delaying completion. 8 days from start to finish including the clean and haul away. The skills and results were excellent, the communication was excellent. We did not pay a penny until the job was complete and we were completely satisfied. There are so many dodgy contractors out there it is great to find someone who is honest , fast and delivers exactly what they say they will deliver. Rob B Lenexa, KS.

We did a tremendous amount of research and first made the decision as to the best product on the market. Once we decided on the James Hardie siding, we then looked at the local contractors on the James Hardie website who had received Elite Preferred Certification status, and solicited and received bids from three different contractors. We really liked the first project review meetings were with Ryan Hild who is the owner of Kansas City Exterior Professionals to walk the property and discuss in detail the scope of the project. He asked very intelligent questions and was extremely helpful in answering our questions and providing ideas and options as we discussed trim alternatives. We received the proposal and bid from Ryan in a few days and it was extremely comprehensive in covering the processes that would be followed during the demolition and installation process. His proposal detailed every step of the process and included the recommended specifications from James Hardie and how his installation crew would ensure adherence to all quality and certification standards. His bid was comprehensive and very competitive, and again Ryan was very professional in reviewing his proposal and answering any questions we had on his bid. Once selected, Ryan placed the order for materials and once he had confirmation on product delivery dates he set up a mutually agreed up on installation timeline. Unfortunately, we lost the first planned day to start our project due to severe thunderstorms and excessive rainfall, but his team was there the next morning at 7:30 AM to begin the demolition. The installation team was very professional and worked extremely hard not finishing until dusk at approximately 8:00 PM. Each day the team started at 7:30 AM and worked until 8:00 each night to get the project back on schedule. The crew even worked on Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM to complete the project on time even though we lost one day of work due to weather. We were so impressed the team as they were so professional, friendly, and truly craftsmen in the quality of work. The job site was extensively cleaned every night, and we could not have been more pleased with the quality of work by the crew. They answered any question we might have through the process and were always extremely responsive. There were frequent checks by both the crew and Ryan to ensure we were satisfied with each step of the process. The crew was extremely meticulous with the installation, and there were really no surprises as Ryan had done such a good job documenting what to expect in each step of the installation. We were extremely pleased with how the project was managed, communicated, and executed. Very high quality installation and Ryan and crew were just great to work with. We also contracted with Ryan to manage the installation of new 6" seamless gutters, downspouts, and Bulldog gutter covers. Again, the project was very well communicated, and the guttering company Ryan uses did a great job with the installation and coming up with a much better drainage design than our original gutters. The only delay we had with the project was not the fault of KC Exterior Professionals as we were originally planning to reuse existing shutters but ended up ordering new shutters that we as a customer provided for the installation. As soon as the shutters arrived, Ryan scheduled a few members of his crew to complete the installation the next day. Again, done flawlessly. In summary, we simply could not be happier with the great job Kansas City Professional Exteriors did with the installation and management of our project, and we would highly recommend them to anyone. The finished project is absolutely beautiful and we have already receive so many compliments on how incredible our home looks. Just a great experience which exceeded all expectations.
