Kansas Quality Roofing provided exceptional communication in researching and planning our roofing project. They went above and beyond to accommodate our scheduling needs. They were very easy to work with and were very professional and organized in all of their work with us.
I enjoyed working with Kansas Quality Roofing. With everything I had going on and all of the companies I had to resolve them they were nice, easy, and helpful to work with.
Horrible experience. Roofers did not even show up on the first scheduled day, and no one from the company informed me beforehand. The company showed up late for many appointments. My prior roof had open metal valleys, but the new roof was done with closed valleys, without my knowledge or consent. After the roof was done, there were problems that needed to be fixed or re-done. Instead of the company being proactive and doing proper quality control follow-up, it was left to me to find the problems and get them to come back and fix them.
Kansas Quality Roofing had limited or possibly no experience with the installation crew therefore a supervisor from KQR should have been onsite more often than they were. Home owner had pointed out several concerns to KQR management prior to the work being done but these concerns were not communicated to the crew doing the work. This resulted in the AC compressor housing, the deck and the awnings not being protected during tear off. Home owner also noted installation crew using the incorrect method for installing the underlayment which would have voided the warraRnty if not caught and corrected. Most all the guttering was damaged during installation but was replaced by KQR. KQR was very responsive when issues were brought to their attention.
