They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, the crew was very professional, and they did a great job. When we bought a new house and it was time for a new roof on the new house, I chose Kelly Roofing by mistake. They've come down a long way.

Everything was excellent..

Kelly Roofing incorrectly installed the surface of the flat portion of our roof and admitted that they had made a mistake. A depression exists in the roof where puddles form after rains. An inspector reported the problem to us and said that it may eventually leak. After six months and many complaints from us the problem has not been corrected. The depression remains, and puddles still form.

Excellent experience with quality materials, great professional crews. Worked us in early on their busy schedule,as we had to travel back to Virginia which was greatly appreciated.

Kelly is like 2 different companies. The field staff is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They left the work area clean and neat. We were quite happy with the field staff! The only single issue was that they forgot to leave a shingle out for the inspector. The office staff is a whole other story. There was little or no communication and what communication there was was often incorrect. Our job did not start as scheduled. We even got one email stating our job was scheduled to start when in fact it had already started! We decided to have them install a small section of gutter after the roof was completed. They installed the wrong color and then wanted me to pay half the cost to replace! All in all the office staff made our new roof into an awful and stressful experience. Frankly, Naples would be a frozen tundra before I would recommend Kelly to anybody as long as the office staff remains the same.
