While most things went well, there were a lot of issues. I was frequently told, "That wasn't in the contract," for many basic issues. I feel we paid a premium price for average work.

Overall it was very good experience and I would recommend the company.

We would highly recommend Ken Spears Construction for a home improvement project. We had our tub removed and a new tiled shower installed. All of the crews were courteous and didn't mind answering our questions as they worked. The project foreman kept us informed on what would be done the next day and who would be coming too our home. We are very happy with the outcome of the project and the new walk-in shower will help us as we age.

Construction Quality - They use top of the line local suppliers who provide excellent products. The cabinets from Colonial far exceed what we expected. Their construction is way superior to anything we saw elsewhere!! The flooring and backsplash from Delano’s are tremendous!!

The plan was developed and followed as closely as possible. When an issue arose, we met with the contractor and he shared alternatives to the issue. Work was done in a timely manner and job completed on time.
