I have already had another individual thank me for my referral to Keyprime Roofing and Remodeling. William has been terrific to work with on my project. Keyprime Roofing and Remodeling has been communicative, informative and concerned about doing the job right. Our Roof was a three day project from light to dusk, and each day the crew took the time to clean up before leaving. When finished William came out again to make sure we were pleased not only with the roof, but the process and the condition of our property.

Really appreciate Sales person Tom Lioyd knowledge, and time spent on explaining and answering questions. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient.The whole experience was pleasant. The project was done on time, done right.

The owner was quick to answer my questions. They were here right away and worked extremely hard to fix the problems, the job was done very much to my satisfaction with the exception of their clean up.

We have used other contractors in the past. They didn't go above and beyond like William's people. William went before Lino Lakes city council and was approved to do business in our community. This is a key piece when selecting a contractor.

Professionals doing a top-notch job. That is what I hope to get when I engage people to do work for me. And, Keyprime met these expectations and more.

Keyprime installed siding, aluminum soffit and fascia, and a new Trex deck for us last summer. They did an outstanding job with the project meeting our schedule and providing superior quality materials and workmanship. The tradesmen, salesman, project manager and the office contact were all excellent communicators and kept us informed throughout the entirety of all the projects. They exceeded all our expectations for price, quality and performance. We are well pleased with our decision to use Keyprime and would do so again.

The work crew is a team of true construction professionals who are experts at their craft and take pride in giving attention to every last detail. In terms of value, I'm convinced KeyPrime can't be beat. You may be able to find a slightly cheaper outfit to do the work, but many firms would charge more and their workmanship and customer service are so excellent that they deliver a true value premium. Overall, our experience with KeyPrime was superb. I would hire them again and recommend them to others considering exterior work without hesitation.

We really appreciate all the help that David gave us going through the planning phases of the project and helping us work with insurance. The work crew showed up on time, got everything done in one day(!), and cleaned up like nothing happened. Completely happy with the service.

The sales associate was extremely helpful in getting the work done, informing me that I could use the insurance, and helping me get the insurance to cover the work. Compared to other companies I have used, they have done a great job at invoices and communicating work that has been paid for.

Keyprime was helpful with our insurance company, gaves us many options on materials and designs, and delivered on their promised time frame. From the sales rep David, to the roofers themselves, to Jenny from the office, everyone was pleasant, helpful, and professional.

The roofing project was completed in a very timely manner and on budget The entire team has been a pleasure to work with and the project manager, William is excellent in communication and follow-up.The documentation of details for our files was also excellent. Seems to be good quality work, and the price was significantly less than the other 2 companies I got estimates from. Had some difficulty with communication on setting a start date and there was something of a mess left on the garage floor - detritus from the old roof. Overall a good value, in my non-expert view.

My husband and I contracted with KeyPrime Roofing & Remodeling in November 2016 to complete a new roof on our large Post & Beam house, shop garage and gazebo along with 8 skylights that had been damaged due to hail. 2 Skylights were leaking. We replaced our cedar shakes with architectural shingles and debated about using either cedar again or metal which KeyPrime was also well versed in. Our entire experience with KeyPrime was flawless and exceeded our expectations in many ways. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. We met with William Shvets who was knowledgeable and had experience in all aspects of roofing and skylight replacement. He was clear, spoke in terms we could understand, was on time and scheduled visits that met with our availability. William communicated very professionally in person and via email and was immediately responsive to my inquiries and questions. His kindness and intelligence were apparent as he thoroughly explained what options were available to us and went over costs and suggested roofing colors/selections, benefits. He also provided a list of area home addresses so I could drive by to obtain a better visual in order to make the best decision regarding materials and colors.He explained our contract honestly and we clearly understood what our obligations were. The project was started on time, May 23, 2017 and finished in 4 days which is amazing for accomplishing a tear off of cedar shakes on a 3,700 square foot home, separate 2 car garage and gazebo. They timed the weather situation perfectly and did have to tarp up the roof once for a very small drizzle of rain overnight. The crew was excellent and worked with safety harnesses and ropes and were very diligent with long days to stay on task and get the job done without delay. They were very considerate of caring for our property and no garbage or debris was left lying around day by day. They placed all equipment neatly on the side of the driveway so we could access our garages. I had concerns about newly emerging spring plants and perennials close to our home, but the foreman placed saw horses over the areas with plywood on top for protection and not one plant was damaged. The skylights were expertly handled and when they ran into a concern with matching up to our tongue & groove ceiling, William and his partner Nick previewed the situation and decided on the best way to remedy and they completed all 8 skylights with custom matched trim stain to perfection. My husband was very pleased, to say the least. We needed a company that was reputable (I did check out KeyPrime on the BBB, Angie’s List, State of MN, etc.) along with personal testimonies, (like this one) and found that they had the experience using all roofing materials, expertise with skylights, used current technology to gain exact roof measurements and generally speaking could do a worthwhile quality job and all with solid guarantees. I would hate to have problems later on and not be able to count on my roofer to fix any issues. We are completely satisfied that they have done quality workmanship with quality materials. Our Insurance adjuster with Country Financial stopped by while the crew was working and called me personally to say “I have to say, Pam, I am very impressed with the work done so far. This is one of the best roofing jobs I have ever seen.” I can’t tell you how happy I was to hear that. I have heard nightmare stories about roofing companies and men who hold a hammer and call themselves ‘contractors’, or shoddy jobs done incompletely and you have no recourse except the courtroom.KeyPrime comes at the highest recommendation from myself and my husband and we know you will be just as confident and pleased with any work they perform for you and your family.
