Explanations, prep, work process and cleanup were easy, fast and professional. One small surprise was handled so efficiently, it was hardly noticed.

The representative who come to my house to sell me my roof was thorough and telling me my options and was very helpful in applying for my loan. The crew Who come out to install my roof worked tirelessly to strip and install all in one day.
Kingdom Roofing employees were so mindful of the seven grandchildren that I have living with me that they actually came out twice to run their magnet around my house to make sure that there were no nails.

Kingdom Roofing was the first company to respond to my job post on Angi about replacing our gazebo roof. They scheduled me right away their salespeople were excellent. The crew who did the job were diligent and knowledgeable and didn't even blink when a brief snow storm started in the middle of the job. We were very impressed! The quality is excellent and the roof is beautiful.

WORK ON THIS JOB, DO SOME AT ANOTHER JOB, START ANOTHER ONE, COME BACK TO ME, DO A LITTLE MORE, THEN OFF TO THE OTHERS AND BACK AND FORTH FOR MONTHS. AND MEANWHILE I COULDN'T GET WORK DONE ON THE INSIDE TILL AFTER THE SOFFIT AND GUTTERS WERE DONE, BECAUSE THE RAIN COULD GET BLOWN UNDER THE EVES AND RUIN THE CEILING TILES ALREADY PUT IN. SO HAD TO WAIT.
THRU THE COLD MONTHS I HAD TO KEEP THE DOOR SHUT BECAUSE OF THE COLD, THEN THRU THE SUMMER FOR THE HEAT AND BUGS. THAT WAS MY UTILITY ROOM, THANK GOD, AND NOT MY BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM OR KITCHEN, CAUSE WHAT COULD I HAVE DONE THEN ?
THAT'S WHY I RATED THEM THE WAY I DID !!

They did a great job. The installers were hard workers. It looks beautiful.

I used Kingdom for gutters and then a year later Gutter Guards. In both cases they did a thorough, high quality job. I wish I knew of them several years earlier as I had an urgent roof need (tree put hole in roof) so I searched and had a local company (not Kingdom) do the roof work. That company destroyed the gutters, mangled landscaping, and left over 10 pounds of nails on the ground all around the house for me to clean up. They put me off for a few years on the gutter repair stating lack of materials. This is when I found Kingdom. They did the job efficiently and fixed the fact the previous company had not adequately secured the starter strip.

Everything was completed as promised, and Kingdom was flexible in scheduling the time of the work.

Super workmanship

Very poor problem resolution skills, it's all about the dollar. SUB CONTRACTOR was very enjoyable to work with, but Kingdom just organizes the SUB and sits back and collects the $$ and does nothing to earn it.

We are very happy with the work Kingdom Roofing provided. The end product is exactly what we wanted, and it looks seamless (replacing one section of old siding). You can hardly tell the work had to be done.

They are very good people to work with, and I felt they were very honest and did a nice job.

Couple snags, could have done job in afternoon, needed to have permit on property before job, but, overall, seemed to do a very good job. I would recommend them if someone needs a roof.

The estimation that was done is what drew us in. The guy that came out actually got on the roof and identified areas that no other company we go quotes from had. The project manager was fantastic in communicating with us and letting us know if there were going to delays, when the crew would be available, etc.

Kingdom Roofing Systems was here when they said they would be. They were efficient, prompt, and cleaned up when they left, exactly as promised.

fast turn around and fantastic quality work

When we found out that our roof was leaking, Kingdom Roofing did everything within their power to get the roof replaced, even though it was November and days to perform the work were limited. They came out on a Saturday and removed and replaced the roof, all in one day.
The one thing that I was surprised about was that two years later, when we noted a sinking in a portion of the roof, we had to pay $200 for them to come out and look at it. They did have two different people come out and assess it, and proved that there wasn't a leak of soft wood underpinning.

I had a very good experience with Kingdom Roofing Systems. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to other people.

Had requested a foreman to be on site to overview the project from start to finish. Not only were multiple items missed, I addressed some of the issues with the foreman before leaving. After addressing these issues I have had to request three more call outs to have these items fixed. Granted, one of the call outs was a later find and requested call out. The issue is I requested to foreman to give the roof a once over look before leaving and he said he made notes and will have them taken care of. Obviously from earlier in this statement you can see they weren't taken care of as told they would be.

We had kingdom install new gutters after we had our garage replaced and be siding installed on the house. The new gutters look great and compliment the new siding well.

They did a good job communicating. They were on time, on schedule, and everything went well.

They were excellent to work with.
