We checked out many reviews from other companies and they seemed the best. We decided to go with Klaus Larsen and were very happy that we did. They were very professional and polite. We had a couple of small issues which Jeremy Minter took care of right away. We already referred them to someone else who is very happy with them also.

Material was delivered the day before. Roofing crew arrived early in the morning and worked very late in the afternoon. Could not quite finish in one day. They wanted to return early the next morning to finish. I asked them to come later and they did. One worker came back around noon and spent about 1-1/2 hours finishing the job. They used plywood sheets to put 'tents' over the shrubs to protect them when they ripped off the old roof.. Then installed tarps to contain the material that was removed. When they stopped on the first day the roof was completely sealed against the weather. They made many trips around the area with magnets to find nails. The area was very clean by the end of the day. The dumpster was removed early the next morning. The worker that arrived later that day to finish the trim removed any debris that he created when he left. The roof looks good.

We were very impressed at the very beginning when we met with the sales rep, excellent workmanship, very efficient, fast. The whole thing was a great experience for us. I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.

The staff of Klaus Larsen LLC was professional, courteous, and mindful of the disruption that a roof replacement can create for a household. The Owens Corning materials and Klaus Larsen workmanship are superior.

They showed up and completed the entire job in two days which was really awesome. We were worried they wouldn't finish due to snow being in the forecast but they came and worked constantly and got the job done.

I was sold on Klaus Larsen because they were a Platinum Preferred Contractor with Owens Corning so I felt they received the proper installation training. In addition their price was competitive and all their employees were friendly. I was not impressed that no foreman stayed on the job and that I had to clean up my yard for 2 hours upon completion. But the worst part was that the insulation in my attic was soaking a month later. They promptly reviewed my situation and claimed it was a rare occurrence based on the wind and snow. However, I've been in my house 15 years without leaks so I'm concerned. There were a few other pros and cons so I'm on the fence about them.

It was a good quality job, it was a little bit unorganized at the beginning with scheduling, but there was a death in the man's family who was scheduling. I would recommend them to anybody.

They are the most professional group of workman I have ever seen. The price was fair. They were on time and the clean up was spectacular.

We had a roof put on and they did it one day. They came early and left late in the evening. The crew was organized nice and respectful to us and the property. They were very efficient. They clean up after and the yard looked cleaner than before. They are phenomenal and the crew worked like little ants. They were incredible.

Had two other estimates and all three were pretty close. Klaus Larsen was the only one to provide me with an estimate in contract form listing everything that would be done and materials to be used. The contract was clear and to the point.
