They did not keep me well informed and the process was a little slow. They didn't do a great service.

I had Kleenpro come out to do a mold remediation in my kitchen due to a leak. My insurance company hired them. The 2 guys they sent to do the demolition did not do it correctly and we would up with mold spores in the living areas. They did not tape off the kitchen so the mold would not travel. Not only that, they threw the debris around and damaged my fridge door. ( which they have since replaced). It took them three treatments to get a clean reading, and the mold scientist who tests the air told me that he hoped they did it right this time, that he had to send them an email with explicit instructions to follow. Now I found out that because they only 'treated' the top of the subfloor for mold and didn't remove it, there is live mold all through the wood and on the underside as well as the support beams and insulation. Beware they send out workers who do not follow procedure. They also did not inform me that the temp in the kitchen was going to go over 125 degrees, and it ruined all the food in my pantry and my medicines and vitamins. We have been without a working kitchen since October 28.

Overall, they were nice, respectful and didn't have an attitude. They were professional about a lot of it and didn't hesitate to return my calls when I called them. It was just the mess they left.

They are a wonderful company because of how compassionate and understanding they are towards a person's needs. We had a fire and pretty much lost everything. Their compassion and understanding concerning the loss that we had suffered was outstanding from the time that they picked up whatever could be salvaged to when they dropped it all off. At one point, I told them that there were more things I wanted to have salvaged. I greatly appreciated that they showed me a cleaning process that could potentially work which I did try and did find successful. I cannot say enough about the employees from top to bottom. In particular, I want to recognize Carol Kurtz, the quality assurance person, for how awesome she was. Everything had to pass her high standards before leaving the warehouse. Aside from her impressive abilities at ensuring such high standards, I also appreciated her responsiveness. If she saw that I called, she made sure to call me back within the hour. During the process I told her that my husband was coming home in a week and that we needed a rush order. She had everything done for me ASAP. When I had questions she got me in touch with the people doing the restoration. Basically, if I needed something she was there for me. This company overwhelmed me completely with their customer service, their manageability, and just the overall way that they ran the company. I can't say enough about how perfect my experience with Kleen Pro was. Honestly, the benefit that they brought to me in my time of need brought me to tears.

The people at Kleen Pro was extremely professional and kind. They did an excellent job cleaning the house. They even offered to change a light bulb in our chandelier but I did not have the bulb.
