Additional Comments - Something that the sales person did not tell me. I asked her if the water pressure was good. It is so good it is unbelievable. It is the best and better than any hotel I have ever stayed in.

Additional Comments - At first when they gave me the cost I almost fell out of my chair. It was three times more than I thought it would be and now that I got it it was worth every penny.

Area(s) Of Satisfaction - I was mostly satisfied with the appearance and look of the shower. I was also satisfied with the quality of the doors and how they slide. The fitting options were wonderful. The sales woman's presentation was wonderful and she did a beautiful job.

Additional Comments - I am extremely pleased with the shower and it's beautiful. I will get lots of years out of it.

Area(s) Of Satisfaction - It looks great. They did a really sophisticated patch on the floor from the previous tub. It's so much nicer and I don't have to step over anymore. The water pressure still comes through nicely. I love how the stone looks also.

Additional Comments - The guys were great. You need to pay them more. The installers really make this work. They are the backbone of what makes your company go. They are very good. Ross and Rolando had exceptional service.

Area(s) Of Satisfaction - I really like that I was able to have them put the additional holder for the shower nozzle so I can turn the water on and off while sitting down. I like the shelf that holds all my shower items. I like the cleanness and clearness of the doors; they slide easily, and you do not have to have a shower curtain.

Additional Comments - The two installers from Pacific Bath Company (Kohler) were amazing! I have never seen workers for any other work I have done work together so well. I have had many other experiences with workmen in my home. They were amazing, nice, and communicative. The way they worked together was really special to see.
