When they finished initially, we were pretty happy. But we are not as happy two months down the road. There are just a few niggly things that are not quite right, but you do not see them at the beginning.

I would definitely recommend Kohler to anyone. Everyone I worked with was so nice and knew what they were doing. Communication was great. Everyone that came to the house was on time.

Av little bit of patience was needed, but not a in the end the shower installation was done professionally. Can’t thank Jarrod Vickery enough for making sure the job was done right. Its a shame I didn’t get to speak with him directly in the very beginning.

Communication and planning and execution were all excellent

The staff at Kohler are super. Sales, setup for a loan and install staff are the best! You will be amazed at the professionalism and quality of all the people and materials.

We knew we were paying far more for our shower than we could have paid elsewhere, but I wanted employees and not contractors in my home. Turns out the installation team was indeed the best part of our experience. That said, we were promised a toilet installation in the guest bathroom that never happened. Our follow up has been ignored.

It was important to accomplish this shower/bath replacement in a timely manner for this rental condominium. Kohler was able to complete the work sooner than expected while not cutting corners. I was extremely pleased with installation team and the quality of their work. I definitely would recommend this company to others.
