The job didn't really go very smoothly, and some aspects of the product have been disappointing.

Over $20,500 for just a shower. It’s beautiful, but I would expect to pay that for the entire bathroom. Disappointed that I have to hire another contractor to do the rest of the bathroom. They just do the “wet” part. I’m sorry, isn’t it all wet? Toilet and sink. No communication. I put $6000 down and was told someone would call me the following day to confirm. 2 weeks later I said no one called me. 3 weeks in I said I wanted my deposit back because no one called. Got a phone call next day. My supplies are in and they can start the installation process. A miracle. I loved the contractors who came to work. Jared and Megan did an amazing job. I would not recommend this company. My husband died 3 months before I started this project. I was very emotional and vulnerable. Shame on me. Lesson learned the hard way.

I expected better quality

It’s okay, but a little pricey after seeing the finished product.

We love our Kohler Safety Shower. The installation crew did a great job installing it and keeping our house tidy. They made sure everything was where we wanted it.

Tell the buyer to really take their time to inspect the work in and around the area. Don't sign the final paperwork in the bathroom. Know more about the cleaning products that are safe to use and when you say you are going to give the customer a free bottle of cleaner, follow through on that. Overall, it was a good experience. Nice, communicative installers. fixed the things that were wrong. Like the lifetime warrenty.

From the beginning to the end, everything went as expected. I was informed by your office personnel as the component parts arrived at your warehouse, and given approximate installation dates. The installers showed up on time, the installation progressed as expected, and when they left everything was neat and clean. What more could you ask for. I am one happy customer!!

Excellent from start to finish

Very fast and efficient process. Our install was even done while we had houseguests and they were not bothered at all. Having only a 2-3 day downtime before full use of the bathroom was amazing.

The salesperson looked at the job very carefully. Took pictures and made measurements. He assured us there would be no problems. He was wrong. Our hot water tank is too small (50 gallons) to fill the tub to a usable level with hot water. We now have an expensive walk-in tub that's unusable.

David Bell was very pleasant and thorough. Patiently explained what needed to be done and how he would get it done.
