The communication process was not good. While the work was mostly satisfactory, the lack of communication was extremely disappointing. We asked multiple times over 6 months for our roof to be inspected and it never got done. The communication between crews was very poor. While I get the fact that businesses are struggling to find help, that is not an excuse to keep us updated throughout the remodel process.

Krech was a subcontractor for my builder. The crew did a very good job installing our HardiePlank pre-finished siding and trim on our new home. Good attention to detail on the caulking, seams and overall installation.

Experienced the normal ups and downs during the project. Getting the final inspection completed took an exceptionally long time. However, the project manager did an excellent job communicating, addressing my concerns, following up, and correcting things that were not only not up to my standards, but Krech's standards as well.

Additional Comments - Just by the fact that Krech has these surveys done is a huge indication to me of a contractor that wishes to continue to improve in delivering their products and services. For this reason, they would definitely be someone I would reconsider using on future projects on my home.

Working with Steve was a pleasure. From our first meeting, and throughout the evolving project, Steve provided great guidance and recommendations to our vision. He took our vision and made it a reality.

Krech was great to work with and has always been there for us as we’ve been forced to recover from numerous storms. Their local presence is reassuring. No hesitations to recommend.

The work completed by Krech was professional and exceeded our expectations. The final product was exactly as depicted in the rendering.
