The quality and finished work on the cabinets, countertops and backsplash exceeded my expectations. All of the installers were knowledgeable, timely and professional.

The experience was wonderful! They did a great job. They cleaned up. There was no issue with the company. There was an issue with the manufacturer leaving out two doors for the cabinets. I am happy with the experience.

Process was explained thoroughly, courteous staff, and completed on estimated timeline.

I think it was very expensive, 19K for just replacing door and drawer fronts, nothing more. Beyond the 3 day cancellation, 2 or 3 days, they wanted $6700 to cancel the work even though they hadn’t measured or ordered or cut any material.

Their cleanup was minimal. We had to wash down shelves and vacuum construction dust from the sliders etc

The cost, flexibility of financing, and turnaround time were great factors.

The reason why I did not do the survey online was that, for the most part, I am happy with the project. We had some issues with the countertops having to be redone four times. When I called, they took care of the issue. The only issue we had was the countertops.

The installer was great. He was very helpful when deciding door handle placement. He was neat and cleaned up between job days. I didn’t feel uncomfortable in the least being alone with these nice men.

The finished product looks great. Well worth the money spent.

Although the job looks good I still can’t see the huge change that equals the height cost.
