Designer was great. The subcontractors had Poor communication with regard to days who and what was being done. Issues with work done. Was supposed to be completed before Thanksgiving. Still not completed.

Rose has provided outstanding service and her design ideas have elevated our kitchen and bath projects well beyond our original concept. She is such a pleasure!

Consultant was a pleasure to work with. Still waiting for installation. Delivery went smooth but some cabinets were damaged.

Cabinets were not fully assembled as they needed side panels added despite the layout KSI had on hand.

We have used KSI for three separate renovation projects (two bath, one kitchen/half-bath). That alone shows that we have been very happy with the work done. I've found them to be wonderful to deal with, very responsive and professional. We've been thrilled with the results every time.

Working with Wes at KSI has been great. He's been so patient with all my changes and questions and no pressure. I am very satisfied and pleased! Can't wait for the installation.

Out of maybe 12 cabinets that I waited a couple months for, one came damaged and another one still hasn't come, even though I was required to pay for the full order up front before anything was delivered. That's a successful delivery rate of about 85%, not outstanding service.

Job taking too long to complete. Unqualified workers completing task. Numerous mistakes

Full cabinets and parts were promised July 21st. I paid $5,000 premium for rush delivery. Today is August 22nd and I am still waiting for parts as parts were late, wrong items shipped and damaged

The entire process has been positive and worth the wait! The result (about 95% done) is absolutely beautiful. Sandra really helped take my ideas and add in the details and recommendations to really make the design so good! Mark and Tyler did an amazing job - Professional, hardworking, great craftsmanship with attention to details, and just very nice people; on their last day we told them we were going to miss seeing them every morning to start the day. Very happy, thank you to the KSI team.

Kelly Bodnar was great to work with. She was very patient and listened to all our concerns and developed a beautiful plan for our new kitchen!

The entire KSI team was was professional, courteous and communicated very well throughout our kitchen remodel. I have already recommended their services to friends and family that are looking to remodel their home.

I felt rushed through out my appointment! I changed the color of the cabinets, so the designer had to change it on her side too. Then she had the height of the ceiling wrong, so she changed that too. We didn’t have enough time to go well with details because she had an appointment right after mine. She thought I had a window on top of my sink, and i didn’t have enough time to question the window she had it on the pictures. I honestly thought that the window on the pictures that she gave me, it was there just for “decorations.” Because of that window, I had to make some changes which it costs me some more money since I changed the size of one of the cabinets, and now I got stuck with a small cabinet that I cannot use it. Plus, I have to wait 2-4 weeks for those cabinets to be made. In the mean time, I have no kitchen to use. I am so disappointed.

I've already recommended KSI to a family member regarding the remodeling of their kitchen. KSI can be counted on to give you great, dependable, friendly service.

Jim McVeigh was great. He made sure all the details were covered and guided us every step of the way.

I love the design that my designer, Ambra, helped me create. She has a great eye and all her ideas were perfect. With so many options to choose from she was able to narrow things down after listening to my preferences and showing us around the store for ideas to a few great options. I really thought I would never be able to decide but she had a great vision and really helped me visualize my dream kitchen.

After the initial consultations and decisions she listened to my concerns and questions and made quick changes where needed. She made the decision making process very easy. I can’t wait to see the finished product

Ambra wasn’t pushy in trying to make a sale. She was tuned into what are needs where and not selling . It made it easy and enjoyable .
