KVN did an excellent job of residing our home and painting the exterior. I would highly recommend them.

The price was one of the higher bids but we felt the quality and trust and communication and material/work warranties were well worth that cost. Better to trust than get cheap work that is a headache, not done well, or poor relationship with the craftsmen.

Great communication and were very conscientious about trying to keep change orders minimal with a very difficult job.

My only concern is that KVN is very much on the more expensive side, but they do provide a high quality product.

Every person I spoke to from the receptionist on the initial phone call, to Oleg, to the installers/workers- everyone was just wonderful. They were on time, respectful, cared about their craft and did a great job. I felt like I could trust what they were saying and doing. Highly recommended!

I was pleased with the work done by KVN, and would consider using them again if I had a similar need. My one concern was the pressure applied by the sales person. It was 'textbook' as far as how scams are executed. Telling you that if you do not agree today, the price is going to go up.

KVN bid on my re-siding project. They were incredibly professional in their initial consulting on types of siding and what is involved. KVN is also recognized as an elite preferred contractor with Hardie Plank siding, which was a big part of my decision to hire them. I was so impressed with their work; tear off all the old siding on the house and shop, raise an exterior shop door, and reside, that I asked for a bid on my roof and gutters. I didn't even bother to get other bids for the roof and gutter, I was that secure in knowing they'd do a professional job. Which they did. The job site was left clean each day. The painting job is just beautiful. It's like I have a brand new home! KVN's staff, the project manager, Javier, all are so knowledgeable, polite, quick to return calls, answered all my endless questions respectfully. I absolutely recommend KVN. They are truly a gem among contractors.

Firstly, I can't recommend Kirill highly enough for any level of residing or paint jobs you may be doing. We recently used KVN Construction to reside, repair, lead abatement and paint our 1911 craftsman bungalow and have been delighted with the both the process and the results. Having listened to and researched many, many other companies for our project, I felt confident that Kirill was someone that takes genuine pride in the quality of the work he and his company are producing. I researched and listened to several other companies “sales pitch” and that is exactly how they felt. I wasn’t sure if I could trust them or their price. From the moment Kirill arrived for our consult, there was no “pitch” it was very honest and straightforward and I really appreciated that. When compared with the other bids, I was very impressed with Kirill’s pricing and the level of detail in his bid. Once the project kicked off, Kirill was in communication with us all the way through. He would send us pictures of our project while we were at work, as things came up. Excellent communication throughout the entire project. I really appreciated at the end of the project a call from them asking for feedback and ways for them to improve. Very kind and considerate people overall, from the owners to the guys painting our house, everyone took pride and care in what they did. This is a top notch company, we had them replace the siding on the worst side of our home last summer. The crew did an excellent job, communicated well with me when I had questions, and the project manager/owner, Kirill, was always available by phone to answer our questions and give information. This year we had them replace the siding on the rest of the house, replace all windows, and then paint. They also replaced our skylight. We were very pleased with every aspect of the jobs, and the men in the crew were friendly, kept the job site clean and safe, and were very patient with my questions.
