We are really pleased with the look and quality of the windows and the install. However when we returned home towards the end of the work being completed the lead installer was yelling and screaming at his coworker, he was unaware that we had pulled in the driveway and they were in the back of the truck but could hear him screaming when we got out of the car. It felt very unprofessional and toxic, borderline abusive and would recommend some kind of repercussions to that individual. HE would not be welcomed back to our property.

Did a great job, they were did it quickly and very neat.

I will recommend with the caveat that the price is high. You have to pay for quality, but I have to be open when I recommend someone for work.

Mad City Windows was very professional from the in-house visit to the installation process. They were very thorough with the installation in a timely manner. We would recommend them to anybody that needs new vinyl replacement windows in the future.

We were very disappointed with the demolition of our shower. The company calls twice to make sure pets are put away. It would be helpful if they could also tell the customer to cover things they dont want to get dirty. If I had been told I would have done that. I thought covering the sinks and anything else in the bathroom and shutting the door would have been included since they know it is a messy job- I did not realize how messy it was.

The fact that they are outta their mind on the pricing is the reason I would probably not recommend unless they were the last option! Caulk is already cracking and it hasn't even been 2 months!
