Our entire experience with Lamantia was outstanding. The designers were extremely knowledgeable in presenting ideas that were congruent with our wish lists and budget. The project manager coordinated the scheduling the various craftsmen to keep the projects moving forward seamlessly. During the entire process, the level of communication by both the office and project manager was excellent. Each craftsman was courteous, efficient and neat beyond expectation. The remodeling of our kitchen and three bathrooms was completed on time and on budget with virtually zero snags.

LaMantia completed a kitchen and bath remodel for me recently, and did an excellent job. It was a real pleasure to work with them. Even though I lived and worked in the house during remodeling, the disruption was manageable. They respected my time and space, did a great job of protecting the rest of the house. The final product is wonderful. The team I worked with (Jackie, Frank and Annessa) did a great job, were lovely people and a pleasure to work with. They had great ideas and suggestions through the process. I had remodeled before in another house with a different contractor and working with LaMantia was incredibly better both in process and communications. I would strongly recommend LaMantia to anyone who wants to remodel.

We chose LaMantia to rebuild our kitchen at the recommendation of a coworker who had completed a similar project and was very satisfied with their work. From our first consultation to the final turnover of our new kitchen, we were always kept up to date on every single step of the process. We underwent a total renovation of a 1960's rambling split level ranch by LaMantia. We anticipated it would be really stressful, but actually - it was fun to see our vision come to light. The one-stop-shop of design and build is the way to go. The designers, project manager, and workman were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. From the design, to the demo, through the construction, to the finishing touches - everything was coordinated tightly and flowed smoothly. Problems were anticipated, recognized, and solved. This was a big project and it cost more that we anticipated due to some 'surprises' unearthed in the gut job and adding some upgrades and extras, plus painting (not included), but LaMantia worked really hard to keep us on budget. Pricing seemed fair. We were able to move out during the construction and the crews just jammed. We went from yuk/meh to Wow/Mod in four months! Many thanks to Mr. LaMantia, our designers ,Gina & Annessa, and the project manager, Chuck. Special nod to Andy, Mr. Wizard. We love our 'new' home.
