I expected what they did and they did it. They even returned back because I had a slight issue. It wasn't their fault and they came out and repaired it, so I'm pleased!

The thing that stood out was the installation crew. They were really good. I was impressed with their workmanship, the way they took care of the house, and they way they cleaned up. They were very nice men.

Our sales rep was friendly, no-pressure, and am very satisfied with the product. I wish I had ordered the gutters years ago. Quite frankly, it was the sales rep that I think sold me because I at first was only going to do one side of the house, the higher side because I wasn't sure of wanting to spend that much. Rocky was fine with that whereas I would have expected a sales pitch to do the whole house. He said if I like what was done, and want them back to do the rest of the house, fine, just call. When he was done with his presentation, I told him I'll call in a few days with my decision. I called within the hour and changed the order to do the whole house!

The crew they sent out was very professional and nice. So far, it seems like it'll work, but we'll wait to see.

I thought that the work that was done was excellent. The rain is the proof, you get what you pay for. I got several discounts and got a good deal. I look at my neighbors who don't have LeafGuard, or don't clean out their gutters. It's not the same. I would highly recommend them to anyone that does not want to get up on their roof to clean out their gutters.
