We had to have rotting"hearty board" replaced with hearty plank. They did a wonderful job, even painted our front door to match. When we inspected the completed work - they showed us all the problems. Same way with the gutters. Everything was done in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up. I am so happy that the gutters and hearty board replaced.

The whole process from start to finish was really wonderful.

LeafGuard was a nice company. They did a great job on the installation. The installation looks great. Juan, my installer, told me that LeafGuard would come flush out the gutters once a year to rid of any pollen. The salesperson did not explain this to me, but I am glad that the installer did. My neighbors like my gutters and received a quote from LeafGuard. They are considering using LeafGuard.

After the first heavy shower following the installation, I found I was still dealing with the problem that caused me to replace the gutters. They returned and modified one part of the installation. That had to, do with an end cap. We have experienced a fairly heavy rain since then without the pre-existing problem. Should a thunderstorm prove the system inadequate, I will call them back. Think I am all set, though.

Good job in putting in the gutters -- they got it done in a few hours. Unfortunately, the six rain chains I ordered in place of downspouts -- from a California company recommended by the Beldon estimator -- came with only five hanging brackets. So I had the Beldon crew install five of the chains and got the rain chain company to send the missing bracket, which they did in a few days. But I have never been able to get Beldon to come back and cut the hole so I can hang the final rain chain. I've talked to them twice, but they never came out or called to explain why they didn't. I would be wary of using this company again for that reason.
