Because they didn't replace all the wood that they thought they needed to i know they wasn't $50.00 worth of wood on this house and it's sagging a little in the back and there's no way that I should needed to be paying $14.000 for this project I feel very disappointed and people is asking me about this project because they drive by and look and interested in it until I tell them the truth of what you done. But you are the only ones that can fix this if you want more customers but you got to feel guilty first and I don't think you all going to do that but I guess will see if you do the right thing
They really handle the amount if rain. Then we got snow! Fir the first time ever there are icicles on yhe gutters! Clogged already?

The installation crew made two major changes to the order without approval or discussion with us, the client. My daughter had said she absolutely did not want holes in the stone on the front of the house. They put some in anyway, after telling us they might have to make some adjustments, but no specifics were ever mentioned.. There was supposed to be an additional downspout on the back of the house, but they combined it with another and did not put an extra one in the back. We were never asked for our input or approval or either change. We feel that the crew should have been told by the management not to make major changes without the express approval of the client. We like the LeafGuard gutters, but feel there was a lack of communication all the way around. This is a huge expense and this just left a sour taste over the whole experience.

They did the job in 2 and a half hours. They did a great job. I am very pleased.
We had to do a lot of extra work because of Rottenwood under the old letters.
Overall we have been pleased with our new gutters, They seem to be doing their job effectively. We noted that during a recent heavy rain, the new gutter outside our porch did not result in a waterfall as we had previously seen with our old, clogged gutter. We just have one bone to pick. When the salesman gave us a quote, he included a splashstone to be installed below one of the downspouts. We pointed this out to the installer and they looked over the contract and agreed that the splashstone should have been included. The foreman said that he would bring over a splashstone in the next few days and put it under the downspout. When the splash stone was not brought after two weeks, I called the LeafGuard company and left a message that the splashstone had not been brought. We never received a call back about this issue.
