The system is very good but comes at a very high cost.

The product works even better than I expected. Have had a few instances of heavy rain and the LeafGuard product worked beautifully. And install was fast and very professionally done. I would definitely recommend this over the two other products that I used in the past.

I live in th woods! Leaves and debris have been a nightmare! I was extremely pleased with th whole LeafGaurd experience. They were very professional and the installers went out of there way to make sure i was happy and everything was right! Afterwards, i wished i would have done this 2-3 yrs ago and saved myself alot of headache! They hav an outstanding product, if u have gutter/water issues, dont hesitate!

The performance of the gutters meets all of my expectations. The few leaves that manage to find their way in are easily removed in the downspout cleanouts. The fact that I will never need to be up on the roof cleaning gutters again is perfect.

LeafGuard of Cleveland offers the best quality product. The salesperson is very knowledgeable and gives a great comparison of other products vs LeafGuard. He made it .very easy for us to make our decision for Leafguard. Since we had them installed, we have had no problems with the drainage. We've had some strong storms come through our area and LeafGuard handled the excessive water. I really like the area of the down spouts where inspections could be made to see if a problem had occurred. I don't think I will have any problems, but if I did, LeafGuard 100% backs their product and they will make it correct the problem if it occurs. We know we purchased the best product and we know we won't have to worry about gutters again.

Our House looks great with our new gutters!!! LeafGuard diid what they said they would do when they said they would do it. No surprises. They kept us informed as to what to expect and possible complications (did not have any). The product itself is so much stronger and more durable than what we had on our home. Life time transferable warranty is an outstanding bonus, obviously the old ones did not have that.....

From setting up the initial appointment to the day of installation. The process was smooth, and informative. We couldn’t be happier with our new gutters! Yes, this gutter system is pricier then some, but trust me, it’s worth it! They are worth every dollar spent.

My only hesitation is the cost. It is definitely a significant cost which I don't think is ideal. The product is great. I would recommend them due to the quality of the product.

It is hard to get Leafguard to come out to review the work done.

I might recommend, but the price is very high which will deter many. Leaf Guard did a great job and it looks fantastic. Our work was due to hail damage and when I called originally in 2020 for an estimate Leaf Guard initially refused to come and give an estimate until I proved I was an existing customer. After that all was great but the initial unwillingness to give an estimate until I proved almost deterred me from replacing with Leaf Guard.

Like it so much I think I would be an effective saleperson for LeafGuard -- product sells itself. It is a bit pricey but the headache and worry it saves you is worth it and an investment in your home.

They did a fantastic job in the worst weather conditions ever. I was impressed with the quality of the work they did.

I thought it was expensive. I tried to change my payment plan from an 18-month plan to the 24-month option, but I was unable to do so. They also wanted to do the project within 5 days of the initial contact with them. The issue I had with that is that it was snowing and I would have preferred that they did it on a different day because I knew that it was going to be very messy.

Our representative Dana Dolce came out and you all delivered the materials quickly. The workers came out the next day to do the work. They completed the work in a day and it is fantastic. We don't hear the water or the sub pumps.

Excellent Service

The work was done very well. The technicians were timely and professional.

I was told there would be no interest for 18 months and I ended up receiving a service charge from a collection agency. It made me very angry that I was charged $29.00. I was told they would give me a refund, but I still have not received it. The gutters are good.

The only issue I've had is the icicles and the company got back with me to discuss the issue and everything seems to be alright.

DID HIGHLY RECOMMEND

From the start, booking an estimate appointment, explaining the product, booking an installation date, and finally the installation ran like clock work. The product is with out a doubt, the best product on the market, but the price came as quite a shock!
