Very pleased with the entire experience.

Very professional from the person who came to my house to tell me about the product all the way through the installers and availability of financing.

After the sale there was little to no communication unless i called. My yard was left an absolute mess,with nails,screws, cut off pieces of metal from the gutter install and trash left all over the place. there are definitely a few areas with substandard workmanship.

excellent overall service. gutters as described.

The guards have ice on them in the winter. The water is supposed to flow in and out. It goes over the gutters and ices up. I got an email, and in the email, I was told I needed more insulation in the attic, but I was not told this when they did the gutter guard installation in the beginning.

I have been happy with them so far, but I haven't had them for very long, so I'm not sure how it will work out long-term.

The pricing is way too high for the product.

very poor carpentry work; used wrong finishing screws; installers weren’t aware that It didn’t want aluminum flashing and wanted wood finish; took a long time to get refund for splash guards I cancelled. Not a fan of all the drain defenders as some weren’t necessary and they are noisy when it rains which we were unaware. still haven’t received final invoice for my records. installers were very nice and professional and answered all of my questions and concerns and worked very hard.

Very pleased with new gutter system. Had one minor issue after installation which was addressed quickly. We have lots of pine needles which were always clogging our old gutters. So nice not having to climb ladder to clean anymore. Added bonus is that they look good! I went with the dark gray and love it!

It is hard to get someone to come for repairs. I had to leave messages at different numbers with no response.. when you finally get them to come, they are responsible and professional

I have been receiving dunning notices although I have sent them images of the processed check from my account showing it was paid. Now they are threatening to send my case to collections.
