Very pleased with the entire experience.

Very professional from the person who came to my house to tell me about the product all the way through the installers and availability of financing.

After the sale there was little to no communication unless i called. My yard was left an absolute mess,with nails,screws, cut off pieces of metal from the gutter install and trash left all over the place. there are definitely a few areas with substandard workmanship.

The guards have ice on them in the winter. The water is supposed to flow in and out. It goes over the gutters and ices up. I got an email, and in the email, I was told I needed more insulation in the attic, but I was not told this when they did the gutter guard installation in the beginning.

I have been happy with them so far, but I haven't had them for very long, so I'm not sure how it will work out long-term.

The pricing is way too high for the product.

very poor carpentry work; used wrong finishing screws; installers weren’t aware that It didn’t want aluminum flashing and wanted wood finish; took a long time to get refund for splash guards I cancelled. Not a fan of all the drain defenders as some weren’t necessary and they are noisy when it rains which we were unaware. still haven’t received final invoice for my records. installers were very nice and professional and answered all of my questions and concerns and worked very hard.

Very pleased with new gutter system. Had one minor issue after installation which was addressed quickly. We have lots of pine needles which were always clogging our old gutters. So nice not having to climb ladder to clean anymore. Added bonus is that they look good! I went with the dark gray and love it!

It is hard to get someone to come for repairs. I had to leave messages at different numbers with no response.. when you finally get them to come, they are responsible and professional

This product is top of the field but the Sales and the Office need to talk to the install group then we will have a winning combination here..

I have been receiving dunning notices although I have sent them images of the processed check from my account showing it was paid. Now they are threatening to send my case to collections. The person I have been dealing with is Vincent Nero. I will not recommend based on this sloppy business practice.

The entire process from the salesmen to the installation was flawless.

The LeafGuard gutter system has solved a clogging and issues we have been dealing with for years. It does everything they claim.

The LeafGuard product seems to be all that it is advertised to be. We had some issues with installation, and they seemed to get everything right in the end, in a cordial fashion.

I was very dissatisfied with the salesperson. He lied to me.

Installation done in January. Product seems ok so far, install disappointing, not done according to invoice, follow up bad! Still waiting for resolution.

It was very expensive for what it was.
