I’m so pleased with my LeafGuard.

They are the highest quality of any gutter/downspout I have ever seen. They function just the way they were described, and I appreciate their installation and service.

It has not rained since the installation, so I have not seen how they perform

It has been a disaster from the beginning. We were lied to about financing. Installation is totally unacceptable and no one at Leafguard will will admit to a problem. No one will even come out and look! There was a problem area that no one informed us about until it was too late.

There is no better product, period. I have previously had gutter screens (Leaf Filter) that still require some periodic maintenance, while LeadGuard is totally maintenance free. They work so well, I have installed on my last 2 houses.

I am likely to recommend LeafGuard to a friend because the product has quality and the installers were very polite.

It is working great.

The system does better than it was explained to us. However the challenge I see if the after sales support is lacking. My hope was that someone would come around and talk us through what to expect and see if the installation was done correctly. Instead I was told take a picture of any issues and they would come around. Not the most ideal after sales support from an large investment in my home.

The salesperson spent a lot of time, and explained everything. They were nice to deal with, and it was all done promptly.

The reason for a 4-star rating is that I felt disregarded about something that was disturbed in my garden and sanctuary area while they were putting the product up.

The quality of the product and workmanship met or exceeded all of my expectations.

Everything from the sales call to the end was something I wish I had never been involved with. Truly unprofessional the entire process.

The product is not working as promised.

The installation and the sales processes were horrible.

The quality of the work was less than I expected at this price point. They have come back three times and still the problems persist.

Very nice and friendly. Willing to work with you financially. Installation was fast and took away the old gutter.

The product is good . the installation was terrible (had to be redone three times) and is still questionable and the debris that was left all around the house was unacceptable.

The installers were efficient and finished quickly. We are very satisfied with our gutters. I referred Leafguard to a friend today, in fact.

Great installation and very efficient to get he rain into the gutters

Crews had to return 6 times after initial installation to fix issues with improper pitch on the gutters. This could have been avoided if the work had been properly planned to start. I ascribe this to an inexperienced crew chief and poor managerial supervision.

The installer Alphonso was knowledgeable and professional at all time

They were difficult to work with. I had already paid them a deposit by using a computer generated check. The day of the installation, they couldn't locate the payment and I had to put the balance due on a credit card. They botched it and made it into two charges. I have used them for decades and this group was the most difficult to deal with.

I have already recommended them to my friend who is building a house.

A wonderful experience from sales to installation to payment. It was easy and stress free. Everyone went out of their way to work with our schedule.

They broke a mosquito killer when they were installing the leafguard. I have been communicating with them. They said they would replace it but they haven't. It doesn't look like they are going to. I sent a picture of one that looks like the one they broke. They took it with them. I haven't heard a word from them. They don't have good enough service.
