The gutters look great. However, they used black transition pieces on white downspout connects to the drain lines and left supports from the old system in the flower beds.
Sales person did not explain down spout drain defenders for me to know they would not work for us since we are not able to clean for six months so had to have them removed and we were billed for that and the drain defenders are expensive that we are stuck with. Overall Leaf guard is very expensive and the price negotiation is rather ridiculous.
They do a great job!
The gutters are a great success. It is nice not having plants grow and other roof debris get stuck in the gutters like before.
I was informed that l could have gotten my guards much cheaper with a lower interest rate.
Whole experience was a mess. First tech told us the repair would be covered under warranty and there wouldn’t be a charge. Then three more visits created three different quotes without any ability to tell us why they were different. Followed up by the install appointment when literally 25% of Houston didn’t have power and they were surprised we didn’t have power. I also asked multiple times (and showed a video) of a corner piece of a previously installed gutter massively overflowing during a rain storm. Apparently that couldn’t be rectified when the crew installing a gutter 30 feet away was here because warranty claims had a different process than new claims. Lastly the admin at the office was rude to my wife on the phone for no apparent reason other than the LeafGuard office had misplaced the paperwork.
I will have a very difficult time recommending LeafGuard of Houston to a friend. It was quite a nightmare dealing with Keith. His lack of knowledge was unacceptable and took far too long. He continuously calledl the downspout, a "downspout." The entire experience was a bit of a nightmare.
It looks great, and is working great.
The sales pitch was kind of long and exhausting. I wanted a more straight-to-the point presentation, but instead it took over 3 hours.
Had to adjust one of my two gutters since first installers had a leak behind highest level in it. Plus secured a drain down spout on my rear side over a fencing wire that leads to last t-pole af a dog pen. Other than that it does the job.
Was priced too high.
My gutter system has leaked since 1st day of instillation, they have made several attempts to correct problem to no avail. Salesman told me at the time I I signed contract if not satisfied money would be refunded. I have made several request to Leaf Guard to remove system and refund my money, all request were Not Honored and my next form of action will be hiring an attorney and contacting the news media.
Excellent product even though a bit pricey
Everything was done professionally, from start to finish.
They were very thorough, clean, and they knew what they were doing.
The sales process, I felt, was a little misleading. While the service has been great, we still have an issue that we believe has not been resolved. It has not rained in a while, but we believe there is still a problem.
This is my second home that has Leaf guard and I have not cleaned it in 13 years. It is a good product.
We are pleased with the quality and workmanship of the installation. The customer service was exceptional!
Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
It is a little high priced when I tell them how much it cost
I have already recommended Leafguard to friends.
They have not followed up with me and the price was not what I was quoted.
Of course! You are the best in the field! Very professional! Excellent quality product!!
If I was asked about installing a new gutter system I would definitely suggest Leafguard of Houston. Everybody was friendly and professional
They did great work. The crew was very efficient with the install.
