I was informed that l could have gotten my guards much cheaper with a lower interest rate.
Whole experience was a mess. First tech told us the repair would be covered under warranty and there wouldn’t be a charge. Then three more visits created three different quotes without any ability to tell us why they were different. Followed up by the install appointment when literally 25% of Houston didn’t have power and they were surprised we didn’t have power. I also asked multiple times (and showed a video) of a corner piece of a previously installed gutter massively overflowing during a rain storm. Apparently that couldn’t be rectified when the crew installing a gutter 30 feet away was here because warranty claims had a different process than new claims. Lastly the admin at the office was rude to my wife on the phone for no apparent reason other than the LeafGuard office had misplaced the paperwork.
I will have a very difficult time recommending LeafGuard of Houston to a friend. It was quite a nightmare dealing with Keith. His lack of knowledge was unacceptable and took far too long. He continuously calledl the downspout, a "downspout." The entire experience was a bit of a nightmare.
It looks great, and is working great.
The sales pitch was kind of long and exhausting. I wanted a more straight-to-the point presentation, but instead it took over 3 hours.
Had to adjust one of my two gutters since first installers had a leak behind highest level in it. Plus secured a drain down spout on my rear side over a fencing wire that leads to last t-pole af a dog pen. Other than that it does the job.
Was priced too high.
My gutter system has leaked since 1st day of instillation, they have made several attempts to correct problem to no avail. Salesman told me at the time I I signed contract if not satisfied money would be refunded. I have made several request to Leaf Guard to remove system and refund my money, all request were Not Honored and my next form of action will be hiring an attorney and contacting the news media.
Excellent product even though a bit pricey
Everything was done professionally, from start to finish.
They were very thorough, clean, and they knew what they were doing.
The sales process, I felt, was a little misleading. While the service has been great, we still have an issue that we believe has not been resolved. It has not rained in a while, but we believe there is still a problem.
This is my second home that has Leaf guard and I have not cleaned it in 13 years. It is a good product.
We are pleased with the quality and workmanship of the installation. The customer service was exceptional!
Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
It is a little high priced when I tell them how much it cost
I have already recommended Leafguard to friends.
They have not followed up with me and the price was not what I was quoted.
Of course! You are the best in the field! Very professional! Excellent quality product!!
If I was asked about installing a new gutter system I would definitely suggest Leafguard of Houston. Everybody was friendly and professional
They did great work. The crew was very efficient with the install.
Overall I think their product is amazing and will save my house from damage. The sales person was knowledgeable and professional. I only had one concern which I needed a downspout redirected and it has not been done and no one has contacted me after the supervisor inspection.
They were very punctual and professional. They designed everything to my specifications, and I could not be happier.
The team as a whole were easy to talk to and discuss options and other issues that needed to be resolved.
The product
Is very god but the cost is somewhat prohibitive.
If some of the suggestions are met that I have indicated in the survey, yes, I would recommend leaf guard.
They were very professional did a nice job. When I called them to clean the gutters, they have been very prompt on handling that request.
6 stars.
Sure, my comment would be this product is without peer.
Service technician came out over a week ago. Found out that the gutters need extension to stop the overflow of the rain water missing the gutters. He said that the supervisor will call and set up a time they will be out to do the work. NO call. I called left message no response.
Not the cheapest gutter system but very good quality, performs beyond expectation, and looks good too. They worked with me to arrange an install date that fit into my schedule not theirs.
They do good work. If anything's wrong, they will come out and take care of it right away.
They still haven't solved all of my issues.
I feel like these are the best gutters available and I feel like they will serve me well for a long time .I'm looking forward to NOT cleaning cutters especially when my trees get bigger.
We are completely satisfied. I don't think there is a better gutter system available than Leafguard.
Yes, great product and staff.
I think they are really great. I had a problem with my LeafGuard because a tree fell on my house. They were good about coming out and taking care of that. I highly recommend them.
They provided excellent service with an excellent product.
They were courteous and did the job well.
They do sloppy work.
we have not received reciept yet
Their presentation was very overwhelming. I just wanted to get it over with. There was stuff I didn't need to know included in it. The service was great.
The salesman was very friendly and down to the point. I liked the way they handled everything.
I am very satisfied with my gutters. I had a slight problem and they came out to correct it immediately. I highly, highly recommend them. Their workers were friendly and customer oriented and I really like that.
I am dissatisfied with their work.
Leafguard of Houston doesn't care about business or do things how they say they're going to do.
The gutters function OK for the easy parts of the roof, but fail to direct water away from the house in the two critical areas on the front of the house that we identified before installation. Actually, one of the areas now ends up directing water towards the front door jamb, flooding the area right in front of the front door that NEVER collected water before the installation-- and this with what were fairly moderate rainfalls for Houston. This is UNACCEPTABLE, especially as it was identified as a challenge during the design phase before installation even started, and we were assured that everything would be fine.
They are not honest. They are liars and disrespectful.
The main issue was the service. They started late, whatever they offered is not what they delivered, and at the last minute, they said something wasn't included, which I discussed with the salesperson. They said I would have to pay extra. They didn't have a certain device so they wanted me to rent one so they could put things in the other area. The job took longer than it should. They had to return twice because it was done wrong. When we sent messages they would wait 3-4 days to call us back. Finally, they came out and fixed it. Then it wasn't working and they had to come back out. I paid them and they extended the job for a few weeks. The salesperson was great but then he disappeared. He wasn't too happy answering calls. It looked horrible so I had to tell them that. The price was probably 40% more than anyone else.
Leafguard of Houston provides a good product.
