A bit spendy but guaranteed for the life of the house. Don’t have to clean gutters twice or three times a year. They look nice and add class to the house.

Too many problems to type on my phone. Problems with down spout placement, broke sprinkler, blocked driveway, blocked door with bench and left. Very poor on concern for the customer.

Excellent product

The system works extremely well. It is the middle of winter, and it has been below zero for a week; there is no ice in the system. Snow just goes over the edge after melting. So it has worked really well.

They were very professional when they came out.

The Installation Team were there when they said they would be, were professional and answered our questions. When completed, the lead walked us around and explained what was done, where and why. When we had a question several weeks after installation, LeafGuard responded quickly and addressed our concerns.

Tucker, Sam, Jamison, and Kirk did a terrific job during the install. This was a large house with many intricate corners and they made everything work! They answered all my questions and cleaned the work area after each day of work. I am very pleased! It has not rained yet since the install but I do not anticipate any problems.

I would recommend the product right off it were not so expensive. I have to consider all facets of the product and guarantee to justify it for myself. I am very satisfied with the results so far and look forward to not having to clean the gutter in adverse weather.

It is a nice system, but the cost was a little higher than I thought, but I still ended up buying it.

Just disappointed in how much original quote is and then they call for approval to lower if your not happy with price. I’m not comfortable trying to get the price down. Or feeling like I don’t know if I got a fair deal or not. Not a fan of haggling.

Very pleased with product. The only issue I have is that the sales portion of the transaction is too long. We knew what we wanted, but the salesman apparently has to go through an entire sales pitch before making a deal.

Had to convince them I was not paying for them to inspect a leak 2, 3 weeks after installation. They repaired the problem and all is well..

It needs to be a satisfactory installation that works properly. Before it was repaired, It was not working well at all. There is still another place that they need to take care off. He said he would, but I do not think he took care of it.

The product itself seems to work just as advertised, however, getting the gutters installed correctly, and support when there were issues, has been a struggle. The issues have been more with the installation being done correctly than the product itself.

The product seems wonderful, but the people I spoke with were less than stellar.

Service and install was good, but sales person oversold what the installers would do for the downspouts. The end product, however, is of great quality. For the downspouts, they just reconnected the old plastic ones.

They worked from early morning to late afternoon two days in a row then were done.

It is excellent. It works fine. You don't have to get up on a ladder anymore.

I don't know why you're asking for ratings honestly. The things we complained about were echoed in multiple other reviews we've read. This company clearly has management issues. They need to do a better job of managing their installers and instill some form of customer service within the company. This product is way more expensive than any competing product yet I had a worse experience from start to finish than I've ever had with any other gutter company I've worked with in the past.

We love that the gutters aren't visible, they are made from high-quality material and they don't clog!
