The gutters were not properly installed and now i get warer in my house whenever it rains!

Clean installation - ask me in a year how it performs.

Your pressure to sign contract is not comfortable. One should have time to make comparisons.

I would recomend leaf guard, but the price would be too high for most people.

I bought my house with Leafguard Gutters installed. I had some maintenance that needed to be done a couple of years after purchase. The company who facilitated that work was local to Madison, WI and was very professional and efficient. When i had to initiate an insurance claim due to storm damage - the Madison company no loger supported Leafguard, and my only recourse was to use Leafguard of Milwaukee

Our gutters were installed on a Friday and we told our salesperson we would not be home. We discuss final payment b/c we wouldn't be there. He was very nice and told us immediate payment wasn't necessary. The Saturday began a long weekend. I received a call about billing Saturday morning and again Monday. Again this was a holiday weekend. I received a message on Tuesday saying I was ignoring their attempts to collect and this would be referred to legal. I found this incredibly insulting. When I called him Tuesday morning he was rude and I lost my temper.

I was disappointed with the salesmanship. I felt I was back to my used car business.

Absolutely! Staff was on time, finished and cleaned up with no issues!

The system worked well after a rain. One problem I had was after the large snowfall in January 2024 was that Ice cycles formed when the temperatures dropped. I think I would use a snow rake to pull off the snow above the rain gutter to stop them from forming. The workmanship was very good but the billing and bookkeeping was terrible. I am still waiting for a final receipt that says paid in full. I have called numerous times and no one ever responds.

Leafguard is obviously the best gutter system on the market. Installation issues, however (as described below), caused concerns.

salesman attentive, good pricing, installation sloppy, still waiting for return crew to fix leaks, had to call salesman back to get reasonable appt.

Gutters replaced in one day three months later not good with leaks and can’t open front screen door gutters to low😩

The workers were very nice and smooth. They texted me back and forth, so I was satisfied.

I did not have a very good experience. So I am still debating whether I would recommend to my friends. It's hard to get someone to call you back when you leave a message. I' still waiting to get a paper contract! I am not an online person and will not pay bills on line. So I feel I was and still is ignored!

Leaking corner area is worse with new installation .

They work surprisingly well. They have lived up to the promise so far.

I was trying to get Leafguard to come back to fix one downspout, and I would like for Leafguard to call me about this as soon as possible.

From our first inquiry through the installation of our Leafguard gutter system, we were very impressed with the responsive service, thorough explanations, and quality of our new gutters. The video of our prior gutters was very convincing to show us the value of converting to Leafguard. My husband is thrilled to know that he doesn't have to climb a ladder to clean out the gutters on a regular basis and so far they have been working as expected. Leafguard is well worth the investment!

My first experience with Leaf Guard was fantastic because the product was installed by a competent sub-contractor - Larson. Leaf Guard is now directly installing and my one-day install turned into a one-month ordeal of missed deadlines and unanswered phone calls. I could never recommend this treatment to any customer.

Feels like I flushed $10,000 down the drain.

Too expensive for what you get. Its just aluminum run through a die. If I could reverse time I would NOT choose Leafguard.

On my last house the install went flawlessly. This time the install crew did a poor job. The crew was back twice to repair leaks. The service manager came by twice after this to correct the problems. I missed two and a half days from work on an install that should have been completed correctly in one day. The gutters work really well after the repairs.

I would recommend it.

I think the work looks fantastic, but I do think I overpaid for the job. The salesperson really did not give me a "break" on the price, and since I really needed to have the job done, I think he took advantage of me, and it is this wisdom that I will pass onto others. Regarding the work, so far it looks great! Let's see how it looks in 5 years. The workmen were great guys and very good at what they do.

I paid too much for it, I fell like I was pressured and overcharged.

So far so good but I got my leafguards after most of leaves were on the ground. Ask me next fall.

I am very satisfied with what we got for the agreement we had with the company.

It's improvement to your house and you don't have to climb that ladder to paint and clean out the guards.

The service was rough. The gutter was installed and we were concerned about when they would do it. No one called us back and they were dragging their feet. The installer gave us no prior notice and called me saying they would be there in 45 minutes out of nowhere. I tried to reschedule and they never showed up. They didn't call back till 2 days later, and after receiving service there were several issues that needed to be fixed.

My neighbor highly recommended Leafguard to me & I will highly recommend Leafguard to any & all.

Not only was the Sales Person professional, the installers were knowledgeable about any concerns or questions I had. They kept everything neat and clean.

They are slow to do repairs.

Didn’t finish the job and it leaks

Process was panful starting with high pressure sales. Installers left sharp cutoffs and our puppies paw was cut ( at least Leaf Guard paid for the vet bills, but not the trouble we had to go through with a puppy wearing a protector cone on its head. The installers used the wrong color flashing. As well did not install valley top drain grill where one was on the old gutters. Left large end gaps at facia ends a entry for insects making way into the attic. First slow ice melt experienced slippery areas by doorways - they corrected the problem by returning and manually bending the lower section of the gutter to allow the ice melt water to drop into the gutter instead of over the top edge. Installer made a comment the form of the gutter can be controlled as it come off the form machine...Apparently no quality procedure was followed during forming.

The prices were much higher,

We have a MAJOR icicle problem which we never had before these gutters were installed. We feel that it is very dangerous and have already discouraged a few friends from going the LeafGuard route.
