Too expensive and did not give me correct information about financing.

While they are nice looking on your house, the value is not worth what they are charging for.

Installation is key and your crew was outstanding. I asked for a modification and the crew came back and performed the requested change perfectly.

The issue that I'm having is with the contract. I was offered the promotional rate by the salesperson. I never received the first statement, and then I got a statement later on saying I was late for payment. The APR was three times the amount it was supposed to be. They also applied finance charges that were not supposed to be applied for the first six months if I pay it off within six months. The last statement I received still had finance charges, and they adjusted the APR from 10% to 3.99%. But, for the first six months, I wasn't supposed to have any finance charges. I sent them a copy of the contract, and I don't know what to do. I have to call them again.

We are very pleased with our new gutters. They work great and look good. We should have done this years ago.

Very professional, efficient, and provides a quality product.

They should have been more attentive on the phone when they said they were coming to do the repairs. They should be more assertive when the client gives suggestions and follow up with them. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the service, and the work was wonderful.

I would absolutely recommend LeafGuard to any one.I still remember a lot of the features and benefits. The system is very stout and well. Installed.I put a ladder up and looked. Sure enough, little orr nothing in them! Now all I have to do is nothing. The warranty is extremely strong because the whole system is. The people in their firm were all top notch.

They work as advertised. I had no problem with them, even in pouring rain. This is the company from which to get gutter guards.

The process was seamless. I was at home when they were working and I didn't even realize that they were outside! I work from home and it was not noisy at all. I was about to continue with my meetings. They were very professional.

Not worth the money. The installation leaks in 3 different areas. The installers came back out and said it would leak at the beginning and eventually stop. It’s never stopped

It operates as advertised. Will save a 70-year old man from risking his neck every year to clean out live oak debris from blocking previous "gutter guards" which were just flat perforated inserts.

I won't recommend them to a friend because they are too expensive.

After three trips in attempt to correct issues at my home,, still not satisfied with how rain is going over the gutters. this is the only time for any attempt for unsolicited opinion of work installed. At contract signing and installation as well as every conversation with installers/supervisors I shared my concern in this working properly with my specific roof. It still is not, in my opinion, worth the effort much less the price.

I do love that we don't have to hire somebody to clean our gutters!

There's a middle vent that is 3/4 of the way down and a pipe that keeps coming off.

Everyone was polite, explained what was being done to my home, how to prevent anything more from happening. They were all very professional, but not intimidating. They explained what LeafGuard could do and let me make my own decision. I have never known of anyone letting people call someone about their work. That says a lot about you all.
