My experience with LeafGaurd was good. The team was on time. They completed the job and cleaned up. They do need to bring another gutter piece for our front yard, but they haven't completed that yet. It is a downspout, I believe.

Worst customer service ever. I would never recommend them or use them ever again. They caused damage to my fascia board, denied that they did it. And their work caused a Major water leak into my bedroom, or which they denied also. My roof never leaked in all the years I had my old gutters on and didn't leak until the new gutters were installed. I was dismissed by the customer service or manager or whoever he was, and there was no discussion of them fixing the problem. For the ridiculous price of those gutters, they should have treated their customer much better and fixed their mistake. The gutter lacked butting up against my house by about 3 inches on the room where the massive water came into my bedroom. It channeled the water right down my wall.

We've had ours for a while now, and they seem to be operating perfectly and doing the job they told us they would do.

It's not cheap, but the process was very smooth, my sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient and great at answering all the questions I had. The installation went smoothly as well, so no complaints on my end.

They were professional, they came to talk to me before the installation, and they were knowledgeable. They completed a walk through following the installation to show me the work that was performed. They did all that they could do to make it easy for me.

A little pricey and the clean up process was subpar.

The cost was exorbitant. We are pretty sure we got taken advantage of for how much we paid for the system. Our second complaint is we have a downspout that is right by our bedroom/headboard outside. When the water goes into the downspout it hits that metal plate that blocks the leaves from going down and out of the downspout and you listen to that all night long. You listen to the rain hitting that plate. We've tried to shove stuff in there so it's not hitting the metal. They need to come up with a better way of managing that. If the leaves are already in there then why not just let them come out of the bottom. I know that is part of their sales pitch that there is an easy way to clean it out. You just open this up and all of the debris is right here but they don't talk about that metal plate being in there and when there is nothing in there the water hits that constantly. It's the same level as your head and it hits it all night long.

The gutters do not work as we were led to believe they would. We have a metal roof and live amongst a lot of trees. Maybe the gutters would work better for someone with different circumstances.

Heddie, the salesman, was very knowledgeable. He was there and gone. The experience was awesome.

These gutters are too expensive for what they do. They are bent in the center of both the front and the back.

Ther customer service is not what they say it is. They give an estimate, they say they will give you a $50 gift certificate, they don't. I have made a couple of calls and have not gotten a return call.

I referred 25 potential customers, under the Refer 8 Program. Have not received the Reduction in Cost for the gutters, as advertised.

These gutters are awesome. We had them on our previous home and decided to put them on our current home. The updates to the gutters are incredible and the installers were great. Fantastic experience all around. Highly recommend LeafGuard!!!

Very expensive

I would give 5 stars on the product itself as it has worked well so far, but we have only had it for 6 months. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the guys who installed the system left screws and metal plate items all around the house and the driveway. We are still finding screws in our driveway 6 months later. We have had 3 flat tires and had to replace one tire.

They did not do exactly what they said they would do.
